Hey Sean! This is completely unacceptable, and I want to personally apologize for your experience. You placed your trust in us, and it looks like you didn't receive the smooth, reliable service that we strive to deliver 100% of the time. While USPS delays are out of our hands, it’s still our responsibility to make sure your order gets to you on time, and clearly, that didn’t happen. Here’s what we’re doing right now: ✔️ We’re reaching out to USPS to get answers and push for movement on your package. ✔️ I’m making sure you’re taken care of—whether that means reshipping, refunding, or adding something extra to make this right. Reach out to my team and we will fix this right away. ✔️ We’re actively reviewing our options with other shipping carriers to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We’re a small business, and every customer matters deeply to us. This situation isn’t okay, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Please reach out at [email protected] 9am-3pm M-F, and we’ll get this resolved ASAP. Thank you for your patience—we won’t let this slide. We got your back! 💚

We’d love the chance to make this right for you, and we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team directly so we can assist you. We also appreciate you sharing your thoughts, as it helps us continue improving. Thanks again for giving us a try, and we hope to make your next experience a much better one!

Hey Kodi! We can fix that for you right away. Go ahead and email our support team here: [email protected] and we will try to resolve this for you ASAP! Apologies for the error with USPS. As the United States Postal Service is its own separate shipping carrier, once we had the package off to them, what happens to the package is out of our control. But no matter, we will try to fix it ASAP! Thank you Kodi :)
