The flower is great and the customer service is just as great! I had an issue with my mailing address, which Brandi helped correct right away. She got back to me less than five minutes after I emailed the company. My order was shipped very quickly after that. It took about a week to show up; I was nervous after a few days that it had maybe gotten lost, so I emailed the company again. Nichole responded very quickly and let me know that sometimes packages shipped through USPS can take a little extra time. She was more than willing to help me contact USPS if I needed to, but I decided to wait. The package showed up a few days later! I ordered the Crack Smuggler budget flower. It was exactly as the website described: big buds, brown, leafy and a little dry. The buds were stickier once I broke into them. They even stuck to my fingers! As far as look and smell go, this budget variety was on par with your typical mid-grade THCA hemp. As far as effects go, however, it was definitely as strong as the website claimed (23% THCA). I have a decent tolerance, and it worked considerably well for me. Don't be fooled by the look and smell of their Crack Smuggler strain. It is stronger than it looks! It looks like old-school cannabis but has the effect of the newer, stronger products available today. I'd imagine the same is true for their other budget strains. Also, for anyone nervous that this could be a scam given that it is cannabis advertised on the internet: it is 100% federally legal THCA cannabis, made legal by the 2018 Farm Bill. Look it up! THCA is regular Delta-9 THC before it has been decarboxylated through heat. When you smoke or vaporize your flower, THCA converts to good old-fashioned THC. This is legal hemp-derived THC, which is why they can sell, advertise and even ship it depending on your state's hemp laws (NOT your state's marijuana laws, but its rules surrounding hemp and its derived cannabinoids.) In short: this is a legitimate company with fantastic customer service, and they have the compassion to offer cheaper options for patients & recreational users on a budget. I'm very satisfied with the Crack Smuggler variety and will definitely purchase again! Thanks again to Brandi and Nichole for all their help!!!

I never received my order and the usps did not help and told me to contact THCa for a refund and I have yet to been able to speak to an actual person or receive a refund
