To clarify, we haven’t raised our prices—our $69 ounces simply ran out of stock due to high demand, but good news, we have already ordered more, and these new strains are already on the way! We also just added a ton of new top-shelf strains based on customer requests for higher-quality options. So with the $69 ounces being temporarily out of stock and the new premium strains available, it might’ve seemed like prices increased, but I promise they haven’t! Hi Rae, I’m Michael, the owner of the business, and I want to personally address your concerns and explain what happened. Our website is 100% built and managed by yours truly—I’m not a developer, and unfortunately, we don’t have the budget to hire one right now. So, you’re stuck with me, duct tape, and a lot of late-night Googling for solutions! 😂 Unfortunately, there’s a technical glitch I haven’t been able to fix yet that allows both free items—the preroll and the edible—to be added to your cart, even though the system only lets us send one. To try and avoid confusion, I made sure to include disclaimers in the product title, description, and checkout page, explaining that if both items are added, we will send the free edible. However, I can see how this might feel misleading. For that, I take full responsibility. Regarding the tracking number, we always send tracking information with every order. It’s possible there was a simple typo in the email address, which could explain why you didn’t receive it. I’ve checked, and we do have your tracking information on file. I’d be happy to provide it to you directly if you’d like—just let me know! I completely understand your frustration, and I’m committed to resolving these issues so future customers don’t experience the same problem. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention.
