Drive refused to bring pallet of freight into the building. Just dumped the pallet outside on the sidewalk and left.

Lost my package that was irreplaceable and still insist that I pay them $415 shipping cost in order to file a claim where if I'm lucky I will get 1/3 of the value of the item back

I shipped a box containing a machine being sent for repair. The weight and measurement were correct but they insisted that it was overweight and larger. Proof came when it was returned without any issues by another company. After weeks in dispute, the freight broker agreed to pay the fee. Thank you, CubeDash, and no thanks to TForce.

I wish I had done more research on this company. I got a quote to ship my package of $650. Dropped my package off, for a call a week later saying my package was sitting across the country and I’m now being charged either $2500 to send it to its destination or $1000 to send it back to me because of an outrageous weight discrepancy. The machine I shipped is 42lbs. They’re saying my package is weighing in at 375lbs. I lifted that package by myself and it was nowhere near that! Customer service has been little to no help and I can’t seem to get anyone higher on the phone. So now my package is just sitting in another state in limbo being held hostage! Unethical and not okay!

Delays, no communication. It was impossible to speak to someone. I left multiple messages with no return call. The customer service staff can't reach the terminal managers. You have to be a fool to business with this company.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. I’m still waiting for a delivery that’s 12 days delayed and there delivery updates always switching. I am in Canada and waiting for a soccer jersey from Adidas Canada. Customer service is a joke too. They don’t care.

Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. My package went missing twice. After it was finally located, the delivery schedule was changed multiple times at the last minute. I was repeatedly told the package would be delivered, only to receive another call saying the delivery had been postponed again. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and inability to follow through on promised delivery dates made this an extremely frustrating experience. If I had a choice, I would not even give them one star. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company if other delivery options are available.
