On Friday 26th June I bought an item from a very reliable and large manufacturer based in Toronto. By Saturday 27th (1am according to the T Force ticket) they had passed my shipment onto T Force Integrated Solutions Canada for delivery to me on Vancouver Island. On the T Force web site my tracking number showed up as being in transit from that date & time onwards. (27th June) The next date on the T Force web site shows my order at 08.27am being in Vancouver B.C. and scanned at the T Force terminal. Jun 29, 2026 10:27am Scanned at terminal VANCOUVER, BC The final information that I have is for my order being ‘in transit' in Vancouver at 8.00 pm on the same date. Jun 29, 2026 8:00pm In transit VANCOUVER, BC This is the only information that is available to me. As at the 3rd July no further information is available. AND THERE IT REMAINS! Phone calls to T Force customer service (sic) are met with “we have not knowledge of your shipment”! "We will return your call". I have for my business used companies such as FedEx, UPS, USPS & Canada Post (Business). From my experience, these are excellent companies with which I have experienced few issues. I will state that T Force is one of the most unprofessional companies that I have encountered for freight shipping. Very poor service and almost comically incompetent customer service. Never again!

Twice they have called me up saying they will deliver a pallet to my house next day 9-5. Twice they have no called no show while I waited home all day from 9-5. Why would anybody continue to use a freight carrier with such business tactics. The local guy in Boise Idaho is rude.

Tried to deliver after 8:30 pm to a business twice. Called every day twice a day to find my parcel,to see it was labeled bad address and returned to United States, they finally told me it had been returned after I threatened to call police to try and get my parcel after 3 weeks of being told it would be delivered within business hours. Worst delivery company ever. Unfortunately when you order from Ebay your parcel goes to DHL and then contracted to Tforce in Brampton. I will not buy from Ebay again till it or DHL stops using Tforce.

They were supposed to deliver 2 packages to me. It was continually delayed. They were not truthful with the shipper and I never did receive my packages. I highly suggest you not use this company, very sketchy and unreliable.

If I could go zero or negative stars, I would. Received a call from them to schedule a delivery of an item that was shipped through them. That day came and went with no delivery and no notification from them explaining why it wasn't delivered. Called them two days later to find out why it wasn't delivered and to schedule a new delivery date. After multiple calls to their local customer service line and their 800 service line with no resolution, and after they reported that their scheduler was not picking up, I finally asked if I could come get it myself from the warehouse. Let's see if the call me back to get that scheduled.

Update: T-Force reached out after this review, apologized, and refunded the shipping cost. Appreciate them making it right, though the original delivery experience still shouldn't have happened. Driver refused reasonable assistance, dumped freight and left. We had a delivery from T-Force Freight that should have been simple. Our garage door was open and we were standing by, ready to help guide the pallet straight into our loading dock, LITTERALLY just a few feet away. We stood there in the heat watching him try to maneuver the pallet in his truck for 15 minutes. He finally got it out, and the driver dropped the 12-foot pallet loaded with materials directly in front of our open garage door and refused to move it those last 5 feet into the dock. The pallet jack was already hooked onto the pallet, no setup required, nothing to attach. All it would have taken was rolling it a few extra feet while we stood right there ready to help. Instead, he told us he had other deliveries, and isn't required to push it the five feet as long as it's on the premises. He then climbed back into his truck, and sat there while we struggled to drag a pallet that size into our garage by hand. This wasn't a matter of policy or liability. The equipment was already in place. We were present, willing, and asking for five seconds of effort he had already started. He chose not to finish it. If you're expecting any kind of reasonable cooperation on placement, especially with oversized freight, be prepared to do it yourself, even when the driver has the jack already on the pallet and could have helped without lifting a finger more than he already had.

I have attempted several times to resolve this matter, but this company continues to retain my property and refuses to release it. This company provided me with a shipping price, which I paid in full. After accepting my payment, then they refused to ship or release my property unless I paid additional money. I dispute any additional charges and was never provided with a valid invoice or billing documentation supporting them. As I understand it, I paid the amount that was quoted to me. Despite that payment, my property remains in your possession. I am requesting the immediate return of my property. Once my property is released and returned, I do not believe I owe any further amount.
