The only reason I gave them one star is because zero was not an option. I am sure they have my shipment and simply will not deliver it to me because of my remote location. The tracking numbers they gave me no longer work. Please avoid using them, they will let you down.

Zero stars. This company is completely incompetent. Do NOT ever use this company. They lie about the whereabouts of your package. They discriminate and refuse to deliver to certain areas

I did not pick this company, who would after reading these reviews? After my riding mower arrived from overseas these “people “ immediately told me it would be delivered in one week. Never got a tracking # despite 4-5 emails. On arrival day got email saying not coming and would be another week. Betting I will never see this mower and then the real nightmare begins….

We shipped our refrigerator and freezer through T Force Freight. They have had it for 6 months and supposedly there was a wreck involving our appliances on the interstate. They will barely communicate with us and said that they have their hands tied by the state. I will never use them and will report them to the Better Business Bureau this week.

The online tracker shows out for delivery for the last 4 days. I finally called and I guess I was supposed to schedule a delivery. So, I gave my number again, and was told someone would reach out to schedule my delivery, and nothing yet.

1) I paid but they did not pick up the crate 2) They did not tell me they had not picked up 3) I could not get a live person on the phone without a tracking number, which they don't give until they pick up. 4) After a week, I finally got ahold of them and 1) their driver had lied in his notes and just didn't pick up. 2) they didn't bother to notify me that they hadn't picked up. So, a week later, I'm screwed by Tforce. They are the lowest of the low-level companies.

1 mower was damaged in freight. We have shipped with UPS Freight for the last 6 years. I've never had a claim denied like this one. I even sent a picture of the way it is crated from the factory. Claiming it wasn't crated enough when this comes from the factory like this and has so for the last 20 years. Short of rapping in foam, when a dock worker flips the crate it's going to tear it up. Not our fault, yours! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! When your company tears something up you should pay for it. We shouldn't have to jump through hoops just to get paid.

I SAT IN MY HOUSE FOR 12 STRAIGHT DAYS - BEING TOLD THAT MY PACKAGE (MOBILITY SCOOTER) WOULD BE DELIVERED THE VERY NEXT DAY - OVER & OVER AGAIN! I WILL BE SHARING THESE THOUGHTS WITH THE WORLD ON MY OWN WEB-BASED BUSINESS. "WARNING" - DO NOT USE "TFORCE FREIGHT" AND IF YOU EVER ORDER SOMETHING THAT IS LARGE AND MUST BE DELIVERED BY A TRUCKING COMPANY - ASK EXACTLY WHO THEY USE! SO MUCH FOR THIS BUSINESS VENTURE BETWEEN UPS & TFORCE FREIGHT........Never thought I would experience what I have experienced over a simple freight Delivery - BEING A NON-DELIVERY!
