I wish I can give them 0 stars. They are sitting with my package for more than a week now. I got to know that I need to call them to schedule a delivery of my package. It is impossible to reach them via customer care. The customer care number never gets answered. I have tried more than 50 times by now.

Do not use them! Delivery drivers still packages. I was waiting for a PS5 to be delivered. All I got was an empty box with just bubble wrap inside. I checked the building cameras and saw delivery driver take out PS5 and just leave an empty shipping cardboard box near my door. He also signed the package delivery confirmation for me. Customer service is also nonexistent. I called them and gave the tracking number which they couldn't locate at all for some reason. Waste of time. They are thieves!

Was quoted $981.00 to delivery 1 pallet, just recently received a bill now stating I owe a total of $3,962.36. Call Customer Service they said they could not help me and that's what I owe, I responded we`ll you can forget about receiving and additional money. I was quoted $981.00 paid the $981.00 at pick up, period. I`m sure they`ll escalate this into collection. What a racket.

I would give this company 0 stars if possible and would caution anyone considering using this company for shipping to not. I had purchased a sectional that cost roughly 3,000 dollars and ended up needing to return it and had to arrange our own freight pick-up for return delivery and opted to use Tforce Freight. Following the pick-up of my freight by TForce Freight, I was contacted by TForce representative notifying me that the total cost for shipment upon your company's personal review on site was $983.27, as well as an automated email noting that all freight charged are PREPAID, which I promptly paid on 4/11/22. AFTER successful delivery of my package, I received a subsequent invoice from TForce, 1 month later on 5/8/22, now requesting a total amount of $3,904.89, in addition to the original price paid (including the previously paid 983.27 so 4,888.16 dollars TOTAL). I subsequently submitted all of the required documentation for dispute this, and after no response to over 15 emails, and multiple lack of follow-up phone calls, was FINALLY able to get in touch with a call representative who stated the invoice was incorrect and no further payment was required. Despite this, on 6/15/22 I received yet another invoice from TForce, now requesting a different additional amount of $871.20. This being received, nearly 3 months after the shipment was already paid for and delivered. I have since submitted a complaint to BBB and ironically they responded quickly on this site saying they were escalating my complaint to their manager. But, then received yet again, a subsequent invoice of 871.20. I sent additional direct emails to them also but did not receive any follow-up. I have since been on hold trying to get in touch with them to resolve this and have since declined their "offer" on BBB. TForce quoted my package cost on arrival to the facility as 983.27 which was paid and the product was subsequently shipped. I don't understand how a company would think it would be okay to try to scheme additional money after shipment delivery and prepaid price. This company is fraudulent and for the sake of any individual or company out their considering using this company please do not. I have been dealing with this disaster for over 3 months now and it is still yet to be resolved.

Ordered a battery thru InvertersR Us website. They use Tforce freight. They tell me it's the same as UPS. Tforce stated on website it would be delivered on a Wednesday. Sat at home all day waiting. Nothing. Called Tforce and they stated "oh, no, you have to make an appointment for delivery!! They'll call you". They call 2 days later. Make appt for delivery for the next Wednesday. Nothing. They don't show up again. I call them. They state the truck broke down! Tforce says delivery will be next day, Thursday now. They never show!! They say appt is for Friday now. On Friday I look at website and it says "on the way". That means it's not on truck. I call these goofs again. "oh, your delivery is set for Monday, not today"!! I hung the phone up on them. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SOMEONE WHO USES TFORCE AS A FREIGHT DELIVERY COMPANY!

I could have given them no star at all if that choice is available. We are a recipient of a crate and TForce has been holding it at their facility just 15 minutes away from us for TWO weeks! When I called them, they said they needed to make an appointment with us to deliver. This is a business delivery and we get freight delivery all the time, and this is the first time a freight carrier required an appointment for delivery. Two days after speaking to their service rep, they still have delivered it.

Don’t want to leave any stars but had to give one Star just to write a review. Received a 450lb intex pool delivery today. When I asked the driver to move the pool to my yard he stated they are a curbside service. The box clearly says a mechanical jack is needed. After being transferred three times and speaking to several representatives I got nowhere. I am left with a 450lb pool in my driveway. They advised me to hire someone to move it to the backyard. The driver was very condescending as well as the customer service rep on the phone. If you have a choice to use another company do not use Tforce freight.

This company has NO care about customer service. First, trying to get in touch is a pain, lots of tape messages and very hard to talk to a real person. No one called to schedule a delivery. We stayed home to receive our item because they said delivery day was today. No such luck. When a person left a voice mail it was for tomorrow anywhere from 10-5. The people we finally did talk to were all over a variety of states and did not communicate well with each other or with the delivery truck. We paid a lot extra for expedited delivery but the company seemed in no rush to delivery our goods. Awful company - ship anyway you can but NOT with this company!
