Called me on Friday - called back same day arranged delivery on Monday. Monday I call - they have no record of me calling back. Arrange delivery Tuesday between 10-5. I called several times during day to see what time will be delivered. Last call said around 5.30pm. I am here waiting still since 10am. It is now 5.31pm and no sign of them.

This unprofessional company lost my package, and after almost 3 weeks can’t give me a definitive answer of what is going on. Keep getting ‘canned’ copy/paste responses without information, then no responses at all. When I called, I got apologies, assurances and promises of delivery within the next 48 hours…… then nothing. No delivery, no explanation and now no response. It would be better if you took your shipment to a dump and threw it in the pile…… at least you’d know where it is. UPDATE: I submitted review on Google as well. T-Farce ‘responded’ on Google with the same ‘copy/paste’ BS they gave everyone else and asked I forward shipment info to them and they’d address problem….. I resent info (AGAIN) and days later I’m still waiting fir a response. This company is a scam and should be avoided and reported. UPDATE 2: After weeks T-Farce finally admitted losing package and suggested I contact my supplier to refund/replace order. This is their ‘solution’? It’s like they admit breaking my window, then tell me I should buy another window. Since UPS dumped them, this company has loads of complaints at the Better Business Bureau and 1 star ratings everywhere else. How this company is still in business is beyond me.

NIGHTMARE experience with TForce Freight aka UPS Freight. I shipped 1 pallet from GA to California via ground shipping which is typically $400 to $700. TForce Freight charged $8,500 (that's right). Both myself and my customer were flabbergasted. My customer refused to sign the bill and the pallet was returned to the TForce warehouse. Over the next 37 days, we called and spoke to customer service over 20 times, never speaking to the same person twice. We had to re-explain the billing issues each time and were told each time; they would escalate to a supervisor. If we received a confirmation email from a representative, it was a no-reply address and lacked contact info. Finally, they said they would review the billing issue; however, it would take 10 to 12 business days. When I called after this time, I was told they could only work with the receiver and not (me the shipper). Without this issue being resolved the pallet was delivered. We are still waiting on the final bill and amount. This barely encapsulates the frustration, headaches, and heartburn TForce Freight caused me and my customer.

This company was to deliver a jetted tub to a customers house over a week and a half ago. They have said it was out for delivery every day since the drive drove to the house and said he could not get into the driveway even though we had semi delivery several time in the same location. The other reviews are correct and they do not care what so ever about their customers we will be leaving a review with Costco as well and hope they stop using such a bad company with no morals or standards.

Waited 2 days for a promised delivery - no communication, no courtesy. Still don't know when I'll get my shipment. I need the supplies for my business or I'd cancel the whole thing. I gave one star because they won't let me give zero stars.

Company sucks. Missed two deliveries. Had to cancel my order with home depot because they kept missing the delivery.

Look elsewhere, more dependable service from Fedex Frt. Tforce is a waste of time at all levels. Customer service is hopeless and totally frustrating. Drivers lie and say that shipments are refused. They seem to have no logical way to assist with delivery problems. Esse succhiare!!!!!!!

This company is pure garbage and any company that does business with them is garbage as well (tilebar). I am not always able to answer my phone but if you miss their call it is impossible to get them to pick up. The 1-800 customer service representatives are terrible and you cannot each the main store. My package was also delayed from the date of pickup. Someone called me to schedule a delivery - I missed the call and have not been able to reach anyone - oh and the 1-800 number they are not even able to confirm when my package will be in the city. I asked the representative then why were they calling to schedule a delivery? Just terrible. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing and it is impossible to reach your local store. Read all of the other reviews. If you are thinking about using this company. DO NOT. I really hope they change their operations or shut down.
