Tforce constantly damaged our shipments to customers and when they are refused due to damage they charge not only for the shipment going to my customer that was refused they charge me more freight to return the shipment that they damaged back to me....and when i file a claim they refuse to pay....they have really gotten worse since they bought out ups freight.

SCAM ALERT , they charged me $298.02 for the shipment on 09/20/2022 and ship the item to the customer for my company then late on they send me the other bill for $2036.17 and refund the $298.02 (10/12/2022) . it's not right because they gave me the quote and i agreed and paid for it but after everything done , they changed the bill and charge for 10x quote . i will not pay for it and never work with them again . stay away from them

This company's billing practices are unethical. They will invoice for initial charges and then after to process the invoice they add charges to the invoice without any notification. This is not the way to properly handle additional charges. If you have additional charges you don't add them to an already remitted invoice you must either credit the original invoice and re-bill with the additional charges added or are to invoice the additional charges on a separate invoice. You don't keep adding charges to an already issued invoice that is an unethical and possibly an unlawful billing practice. Also if you set up a shipment for third party billing they will invoice you anyway and not the third party company. Trying to get them to credit your company and re-bill to the company they should have in the first place was a huge hassle. After 4 attempts with no success they tried to tell me the third party company was a cash only customer since they had payment issues with them. First off that isn't my problem that is your problem. Their system never gave any inclination this company was a cash only customer. Secondly, the third party company was one of our sister offices and I confirmed with them they had no payment issues nor were they cash only with TForce. TForce's representative intentionally lied to me and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I have instructed my warehouse people not to us UPS Freight because of the issues we constantly have with TForce and their billing issues.

its been almost more than 3 months and my delivery was 80% dammaged and i have been trying to call the person on charge with no response. i have emailed the manager and no reply till today i dont recommened this comany at all. bad customer service and no one to talk too.

First order they didn’t deliver it all. So this order I asked to open the boxes and again discovered not all the order was there so I sent it back. The driver was very unhelpful and was mad I opened the boxes. I asked the vendor the first time not to use them so I’ve ask again. It just makes me want to get on Amazon

Forced to give a star to be able to write a review. Pathetic business conduct. Freight was picked up at our address simply because we had the space, and the ability to load the truck. They had directives for billing noted on their BOL, that their driver had in his possession, at the time of loading. Harassed us monthly for over a year because it was still billed incorrectly. I had to contact their customer to get it corrected. Received proof that it was paid in full in June. Received a letter from a collection lawyer on October 6 looking for payment...

Tforce tried to make a delivery on the Friday before the 4th of July in the afternoon without checking that we would be there later. It took them a week to redeliver and now trying to charge me an $800 fee (more) to bring it back 7 days later. I would avoid doing business with this company.

RUDE!! We have shipments delivered to our residence for our business. We have a very long driveway. I asked the driver today after he dropped my pallet at the very end of my driveway if he could bring it up to the garage. He told me no. I told him we might have an issue getting in and out of the driveway. He told me they can go around. I have already had one person stop and ask if what I have is able to be taken for free. Having it at the end of my driveway looks like it is free materials. I am very small in stature, and now I am breaking down a pallet to pull heavy rolls of plastic into my garage. I have never had a shipping company deliver by semi and not bring it up to my garage. This shipment was also a signature required shipment. He did not collect my signature. We will never use T Force Freight again. How rude! All it would’ve taken was an extra 40 seconds to bring it up to my garage.
