On July 18, 2022 we shipped freight from Palm Springs California to Lakeville Minnesota. At delivery the driver damaged the crate and content, it appears to have been dropped. The delivery driver even noted on the delivery paperwork the crate was damaged during delivery. The claims department at TForce did not take one of my eleven calls or return my voicemails. I followed up on many of those voicemails by email but again no reply simply a denial letter. The reason for denial is not reasonable, if the TForce staff damaged the freight they are liable and there is no real reason to deny the claim. Reasonable people take responsibility for their actions but with TForce this seems to be more a customer beware situation.

They sent our order to the wrong city and someone else got it. Now we need to pay even more to order the part again. Never use this company for shipping!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I would not recommend this company if you don’t want to loose all your product. As well, horrible customer service! Thanks for the head ace

$2500 for 1 pallet to go 2 hours up north. I've called 6 times for a rebill because we are under a government contract. 6 times i have either conveniently been disconnected or transferred to a number that is disconnected or menu option they tell me to select isn't available. Contacted them 4 days ago through their website and have not received a response. This company deserves no stars and should be put out of business. I will be filing consumer complaints with every agency I can. Biggest scam of all is every person you speak with says "this is X how can I help you" and the name is always 1 syllable and nothing you can make out. Names like "key" or "Zee" or "Boo." This last week I have spent over 2 hours on hold only to be disconnected and am no closer to resolving my billing issue. I will be letting all my shipping friends on linkedin and within my shipping network know not to use Tforce. Big mistake Tforce....we are huge.

Scheduled a pickup of pallets before 3pm and 3 days later still calling TForce inquiring why these pallets are still at the pickup site as of today. Confirmation number does not print out on the pickup request confirmation form so be sure to write it down. No email confirmation or any form of communication. If the shipment is not picked up on the scheduled date then it drops from their system-smh, and the customer is Never notified of this occurence until you call back to inquire. A new confirmation number is issued with each call...amazed they are still in business. So thankful this shipment was not urgently needed as the results would be disastrous for the recipient.

DO NOT USE TFORCE FOR ANYTHING OR ANYONE WHO CONTRACTS WITH THEM!!! I wish there was a 0star rating! I shipped some priceless family heirlooms through UPS, because I wanted a trusted company. Little did I know that UPS sold the freight portion of their business to TForce. I was called on 10/5, to set up a delivery appointment. I was unable to get in touch with anyone at the number they left. The UPS office that I went through called me, and I was given another number. I set up an appointment for 10/10 between 10am and 3pm. At a 4:45pm I started trying to contact someone, because as no one had shown up or called. After 3 attempts (trainee, limited English, disconnected, transferred to voicemail), I spoke to a live person and left a message for a manager. NO RETURN CALL! I called on 10/11, and after going through the disconnect ritual, I talked to a very rude woman, who was no help except for saying they had an online tracking site. That site said that my package was being delivered on 10/12. I waited all day in the 12th to no avail. 10/13, I began researching the company, and my now daily call ritual. I called the parent company in Canada, and was given a direct number to the GM, William Hall. I called and got his voicemail. Left message and of course, no response. On Friday, UPS office called me and then they called the company with me on the other end. He was given basically the same line of bs, the only difference is he didn’t get immediately disconnected. Needless to say, after more calls from both myself and the owner of the UPS store I still do not have my shipment, I have never been contacted by ANYONE from TFORCE shipping. I AM MORTIFIED!!! I lost my aunt a few months ago. These items were passed down to me, and have been in my family since the 1800’s. You can’t put a value on something like that. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY!!! IF YOU USE UPS, MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT CONTRACTING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

They scheduled the delivery then they attempted to deliver it on the wrong day. They were suppose to drop the 1850 LBS at the curbside of my address. They dropped it off 0.2 miles away and I had to load and unload it in a small car three times to get it where it was supposed to be delivered. My back still hurts.
