Awful experience… Waited at home for shipment to be delivered 2x days in a row. Never showed, never called. When called the first day, was told that they did not bring along the right truck or equipment to deliver my order. The second day no explanation or apology was offered. Shipment was rescheduled for another day.

Delivery 3 days late from Maryland to North Carolina. Will never use again.

The drivers from this company are LAZY and INCOMPETENT. They first claimed on November 30th they had no access into my building, which is a LIE, I have 24/7 front desk concierge that allows delivery drivers in and accepts the packages for residents. The Buzzer to the front desk is CLEARLY written on the intercom also ! Then the delivery was suppose to be re-attempted for the next day December 1st and no attempt was ever made ! My concierge watched the cameras for the day that they wrote "No Access" and they were NEVER ON CAMERA in the lobby. This company clearly is s scam shipping company and taking businesses money that use their services !

This is the second delivery by T Force Trucking and the first 1 was like any other company out there. This second one was a nightmare and will never use them again. I pay for residential delivery and a liftgate and my carport is 25 feet from the street on a black top driveway. Second driver refused to place the pallet of 2200 pounds there as the other drivers do. He was dropping it at the street and leaving. Every company that delivers to me each week has no issue, but this second driver from T Force flat out refused. I even told him that we would help push the pallet there as we always do. Still refused and was unprofessional and threatening. I said drop the pallet and we would push it the 25 feet on his pallet jack and he made a snide comment. Started to rain about 30 minutes after he left. The shipment would have ben ruined. Made a complaint and the office did not even call back for 2 days. I called and they said that is their policy and that's it. For getting charged all these extra charges; fuel surcharge, lift gate and residential delivery and taking an extra 2 days to deliver when was here is not acceptable.

Oh my god... where do I start? why would you not improve the management or the system? Had one of the worst experience. Customer service kept giving me wrong information on the delivery date. The one on the tracking portal is apparently only an "ESTIMATED DATE". I Called customer service multiple times. After confirming the delivery day, they tell me I need to set up an appointment for the delivery. I mean why wouldn't they let me know about the appointment when I called the CS multiple times? and how was I to know that I had to call them to set up an appointment? Weren't they suppose to call me to set it up? I don't blame the employees but the management and the system is poorly managed. I'm sure these folks can do better...

Abysmal!! Walmart uses these clowns apparently now. My wife ordered an over $100 present for our son from the Walmart website (sold and shipped by Walmart). The address label on the box was crystal clear, the delivery driver left it 10 houses away in their garage. The picture they took only showed the box and the concrete floor of the garage. Not the door, not the house number, nothing. Luckily, the person at the other house was honest and called us at the phone # on the address label. So we have the item now.

Don't use this company. They will delay your packages or freight for days claiming adverse weather with their and back weather full sun. They are terrible. Ups or t force both worthless. Boycotting then and turning them into BBB.

I am a UPS store owner who got three registered quotes and despite 3 employees giving me pricing and a confirmation for pickup. Tfreight canceled my delivery. The reason is because they are afraid they could loose the product and because it sentimental it isn't business worthy. Did I mention Brian Moreno whom is the manager despite having a lengthy conversation with him. Contacted not his superior but someone in claims to decide it isn't a savvy business decision to deliver freight because they could loose the item and they don't want that type of business. So if your items are worthless this is the company you ship with. Tfreight is definately poor in customer service and as a manager it reflects the poor customer service starting from him to employees.
