customer service no way to rate calls always disconnect or provided incorrect information, I call on a daily basis and I always get a different answer from each rep. I am just glad someone is willing to help, too many bad apples in this company.

Literally Delivey my package to someone’s else door and trying to convince me it’s my door even sent an extremely blurry picture . What non sense is this , I really wanted my package and now I have to do without because a you guys laziness and not caring enough if someone’s package is delivered correctly are not , I don’t even know how y’all still in business with all the awful situations y’all put people through . Now y’all lost my package and I lost my money . Thanks for a merry Christmas

The worst company to use. Avoid at all costs. I have now instructed my team to put this vendor on hold and never to use them again. We shipped goods valued at $20k (pretty bulky components - one would think not easy to lose...) After 4 weeks the package could not be traced and we were informed that we could put a claim in. Claim was paid out based on standard clauses in their fine print and we received a check for +-$800 to compensate for our $20k loss... They are terrible to work with and communication is terrible to say the least. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! How can I give "0" stars?

Our tracking info has not updated for a week and they have not answered any of my emails. Had to call a few times and finally got through to customer support. They said the freight is lost and have to open a claim. Horrible service

WORST COURIER! Delivers at 9pm! Some people goes to bed early because they need to go to work early the next day. Like what kind of courier delivers at 9pm!

I placed the order on 11/28/2022 with the delivery date scheduled for 11/30/2022. Since then, I have not received the order. I called Tforce and the vendor several times to obtain updates because the information on the vendor's website was inaccurate. After calling Tforce several times, I received different information about my package each time. At this juncture, it is clear that they have no idea about the package's whereabouts. In addition to Tforce's customer service ranking as one of the worst in my opinion, the vendor has actually been no better at providing clarity about the package in question. Moving forward, I do not want any of my packages to be sent through this shipping company.

If I could give a negative -5⭐️s I would 😡. We were told our delivery would be here Wednesday of last week. We got a message it would be Friday of last week. We waited and waited. Nothing. So my husband called (this is great). After wasting a whole day on Friday, my husband called. This was what he got “oh I forgot to call you. Your shipment got held up in Memphis. It won’t be here until Monday”. It’s Monday. “It’s not going to be here until Wednesday”. If you can, steer clear of this company.

I wish there was a way to leave any worse feedback. I shipped with them a few times. Once they lost half of my shipment and when asked where half of the shipment was they said they will look for it and hung up the phone, which was found after 2 months. For the second time, they have lost one of my two shipments (full skid worth $10000), and is nowhere to be found, not only that they have forged my employee's signature saying both were delivered and now they keep on changing the status on their website as lost and a few days later as delivered, I have taken screenshots for proof. Now my shipment lost for over two months to this day. They are scammers please do not ship with them. They are not responsive and they handle shipments very irresponsibly. Terrible customer service as they can't answer any questions in regard to your shipment. They have no sense of responsibility when it comes to your shipment. Now I see why they have such a bad rating. I am going to take this with the media and police as this is more than just a lost shipment.
