DO NOT use this company, they are brutal. They’ve had my parcel for a month, they promised they would deliver on time… it’s a month late and no answers! They missed Christmas and I ordered in November. They told us all packages would be delivered on time. Getting an answer was a chore for them, nobody interested in helping us.

If it were possible to rate this company with 0- stars I would. Purchased a piece of equipment and it was shipped T Force, they made several delivery appointments with me and failed to show for those appointments they didn't even bother to call me to tell me they weren't coming. I made multiple calls and was finally able to speak to a person who arranged a new "third" delivery day, I made certain to contact them prior to the delivery and was assured that it would be delivered since I was on the schedule for that day. when more than half the day went by, I made several attempts to contact them, leaving multiple messages. After continuously calling I was finally able to reach a person who informed me that I was on the schedule, but their seemed to be a problem, they lost my piece of equipment, how can you schedule something for delivery that you lost? This company has the WORST customer service!

Never ever use this delivery service. I was supposed to have a package delivered on Dec 1from Saks Off 5th and did receive an email from TForce, the delivery service, that the package was delivered. It was not. Checked with the doorman all the rest of the day and the package never arrived. For the next month I was calling customer service to no avail. They insisted the package was delivered even though the picture was not my lobby and not my building. Obviously it was delivered to another building by mistake and will not accept responsibility or accountability. TForce is incompetent and inefficient service. I will never use saks off 5th again since they ship with this incompetent delivery co. Ever.

My dog bathing station was delivered by Tforce delivery services. Upon inspection when the package was delivered it had some damage by what looked like a fork lift. The delivery guy asked if I wanted to except it or he would file a claim right then. I said just file a claim. He did and even gave me a claim number. Told me to call the next day and they would let me know what to do next. Tried calling for 2 weeks and they could not find a claim even with the number. Filed a claim on my own and for some reason the company can't find it either. They keep telling me to call back later. I don't understand how ups keeps using this company with so many bad reviews. If you get a package delivered and it is damaged, send it back for a new one. $1400.00 dog station already bent all to pieces.

Unfortunately my supplier sent my crates with TForce. The worst experience ever. Still not getting my stuff, they actually want me to come get it myself. Worst customer service, the so called "managers" are very rude and they don't care at all. Must be like hell working there. Seeing all these bad reviews in such a short period of recent times says a lot. I hope they go out of business. They can't be doing this to people.

I do not understand this courier company, have my package form Dec 4 and on December 14 still they do not know where the package is they have a very no scenes message they sent about that they have the package but they did not where the package is and will let me know when it is for delivery. I really not sure even if i can call this bad service, it is no service at all Avoid any business using this courier for deleivery

Avoid using this shipping company at all costs. We ship multiple pallets each day and without fail every time we have used them it has been a mistake. We are currently waiting on an order that was supposed to be delivered over a month ago (>4 hours total drive time between shipper and receiver) and they continue to push off the delivery date. We can't get a straight answer from any rep and still have no idea when this order will be delivered. We have now made it company policy to NEVER use them again, I suggest you do the same.

This has to be the worst shipping company out there. Deliveries ALWAYS late (and not by a few days, but by WEEKS)! I don't know why a company like Adidas uses this trash to ship online orders. Won't be ordering from Adidas anymore. My orders that were shipped back in early November have still not reached me (it's almost mid-December)!
