Expected Date of Arrival is a Joke, they lost my package from sephora
WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE 1000 STARS If some company like Sephora, Walmart, or anything basically assigns this company to deliver your package. It will go like this, they will give you an expected delivery date, but then it will not arrive that day, so you will get another day and another, for some people, this extends to several weeks before they get their package to the 1% lucky ones only a few days. IN MY CASE THEY LOST THE PACKAGE AND I HAD TO GET A REFUND

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. T FORCE LOGISTICS Is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST FREIGHT/ SHIPPING COMPANY I have ever dealt with in my life. They are completely incompetent. The delivery men do not do their jobs, they just note the accounts “no access” when they’re too lazy or just don’t want to drop the package off I couldn’t even believe it. I quite literally FAILED to get my delivery EVERY SINGLE TIME the vendor I purchase from uses T FORCE. They end up “losing the package” or just shipping it back to vendor. I wasn’t surprised to see it the hundreds of terrible reviews and the terrible reputation they have! Awful.

Awful
Terrible shipping company to say the least. A package was "delivered" to me from the Bay on Dec 30 and it was never received. A picture was taken showing it was delivered but to some random house that is clearly not mine. This is ridiculous, how hard is it to deliver a package to the right home? Taking pictures saying it was delivered eventhough it clearly is not at the correct house is unacceptable. This company is absolute trash and needs to be shut down immediately.

incompetent and horrible
similar to previous reviewer, made an adidas order on Nov 29, order shipped Dec 6 and promised on Dec 14th. Still waiting for it to be delivered and it is Dec 30, 2022. Absolute garbage. Been "out for delivery" in Surrey since December 20th. Can't blame it on the weather now.. horrible.

The absolute worst delivery company…
The absolute worst delivery company around. Adidas shipped a package on the 7th, they got it in their local depot on the 11th. Still have not a delivery . On the 19th it said Out for Delivery but they claim it actually wasnt and to keep waiting. Absolute joke theyve had the parcel in their depot for 2 and a half weeks and its 40 mins drive away

Poor poor service. Don't expect a delivery from these guys!
I was notified by Indigo that they shipped a package (Christmas gift) on Dec 07 with this company. It has never arrived despite the tracking system showing out for delivery on Dec 15. They refuse to admit it's lost and continue to say it will be delivered. The same story every time that I call or email. Despite the fact that their own tracking shows out for delivery on Dec 15, they refuse to trace it or launch an investigation. If you're waiting for a delivery from these guys, don't hold your breath.

Where do I begin?
Where do I begin? I placed an order with Well.ca in Ontario on November 27/22. It shipped December 2/22. Unfortunately, they chose to ship the package with TForce. It finally arrived at my house in B.C. today, December 28/22. The driver didn't bother to ring the doorbell or knock, just dumped it on the front porch in plain view of the street. It could have easily been stolen as we have a number of "porch pirates" operating in this neighbourhood, but probably a thief wouldn't have wanted it. I couldn't believe the state of the box when I opened the door. Somewhere along the way, it had obviously been submerged in a body of muddy water. The order contained a number of stocking stuffers (which I had to go out and repurchase last week when it became painfully obvious I had no hope of receiving my order in time for Christmas), and grocery items such as granola bars in cardboard boxes. Several of these items are ruined by water damage and completely inedible. To be fair, Well.ca has refunded me for the entire order but I cannot believe TForce is still in business. This is not the first problem I have had with them, but it's hopefully going to be the last because I refuse to order from any store that uses them for delivery (and unfortunately the list is quite extensive: Best Buy, The Bay, Marks, Chapters, Well, Walmart). It isn't just that they are ridiculously slow in delivering packages. They never update their tracking info online, and there is no way to sign up for text or email notifications so you have no idea where your order is or when it is going to arrive! And if you try to inquire, they either don't reply at all or give you a nonsensical answer such as "your item is in transit" and "track your package on our website". How is that helpful when for nearly 3 weeks the latest update on their website for my item was "December 8 - Received at Sort Facility"?? And I tracked the package this morning as I did every day, and they hadn't updated the page to say it was out for delivery so I had no clue it was on its way. Argh!

Failed to notify me of a delivery, package stolen
Just had a bad experience with them. I ordered a $300 package that was stolen from my doorstep and nobody can be held accountable because TForce technically 'delivered' it and therefore the sender doesn't care either.
By delivered, they mean they left it on my doorstep without emailing me, calling me, taking a signature, or even ringing the doorbell. But they had time to take a photograph of the package to show me 2 hours later when I went to check the tracking info and saw it had been delivered but was nowhere in sight. Customer service showed me the photo and basically said 'not my problem' then proceeded to ghost me.
I will avoid this company at all costs from now on.
