Terrible service!!! Damaged my tailgate and now refusing certified mail with pictures and estimate. So looks like I'll have to take them to court never trust the shelby ohio warehouse!!! Will keep everyone posted on what happens this is ridiculous!

Less than a star, every time I see my order is through Tforce I make a mental note not to order from that company again. You won’t be updated on your item you’ll just get an “it’s not with the warehouse right now” automatic message when you ask for help and you probably even then won’t ever get your package. Two completely dropped/lost/forgotten orders and I’m going to start googling the companies that DONT use Tforce and only make orders from there from now on

They are scammers. They tacked on a residential delivery charge for a business address and then billed me for it because I signed the delivery receipt.

T-Forces typical driver again gave us problems when picking up our skids. Whenever a skid is over 100", we place a 10" XL bold sign on the fragile end where our frames overlap our doors. My shop manager loaded the skid himself from the opposite end. The hostile driver decided to take his forks and jamb them in the end with the BOLD CLEAR XL SIGN. My manager said what are you doing, the sign says "Do NOT lift from this End" (due to previous damages) and the driver said, we never pay any attention to those signs. My manager replied, they're there for you to follow with good reason and he had to go in the trailer to check the end to make sure it wasn't damaged. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated, therefore we have no choice but to discontinue using T-Force. I then asked to speak to a corporate manager in regards to this ongoing issue with that driver. My reply was ONLY providing tracking information, from Surbhi Preetwani!

T-Force is quite possibly the worst end-to-end freight carrier in North America. We have been using the organization since 2011. T-Force bought UPS Freight during the pandemic and since then they have done nothing but disappoint. Beyond that, the billing practices are fraudulent. They add inaccurate fees and charges to each invoice and claim a "re-weigh" is the reason. We have been manufacturing and shipping the exact same product since 2010, the weights have not changed. A class action is in order and I can't believe the US FTC is not involved already. They will be soon.

Here's my story so far. Ordered around $2k worth of home gym equipment from a company in the Chicago area. A week later they shipped via TForce to my residence in Arkansas. When I placed the order, the retailer specifically required my phone number so the the shipping company could call before delivery. Tracking showed my gear quickly got to Little Rock, less than one hour away from my home, and a scheduled delivery day for Monday. Monday came and went, so I checked the status online. TForce website said they did not have my phone number to schedule the delivery appointment. So I called them and provided it to them. CSR said they would call to schedule the delivery within 24 hours. On Tuesday, no call, so I called corporate again. They said they provided my phone number to the local shipper, asked me to please wait for the phone call. Meanwhile the scheduled delivery date on the website changed to Tuesday. No phone call. It's now Wednesday, and the website says the delivery is scheduled for today. After reading all these reviews, I am not hopeful that I will get this shipment.

By far the most incompetent and incapable freight service I have ever dealt with. They somehow lost a 1400lb 10' × 4' crate for over a month and unfortunately a different supplier sent the latest shipment to them with a delivery date that was supposed to be 3 weeks ago.... I'm sure they managed to loose this package as well.... What an absolute joke of a company.

I'll add to the countless bad reviews here, purchased some supply materials for my business and only received half my order. Order was marked short on 12/30 and no response of finding the rest of the order since. The missing items are a core part of running my business so I'm pretty disappointed. Happy to change my review if they can work to fix this.
