Worst company to ship or receive packages. My packages get delivered to other people, never delivered at all, package delivered smelling like weed. It's the worst

Unfortunately Best Buy automatically chose this pathetic company to deliver my package, saying 'Arrives as early as tomorrow'. We had a bunch of snow the following day in Toronto, on Weds 22nd. Since then, the city has cleared and salted all roads, conditions are fine enough to where the senior citizens in my building are walking outside on the asphalt, but TForce is still claiming 'Delay Weather' and it's now Saturday 25th. ARE THEY WAITING FOR THE SUMMER OR SOMETHING??? This is honestly a poor enough experience to prevent me ordering anything from Best Buy again, at least if it shows they're going to use TForce to deliver. Customer service is a joke too, it's just automatic scripted replies that apologise for the delay and tell me I can track it online, which I obviously already have done. tl;dr: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DESERVE TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Short version - This was my Sunsetter awning - It took 5 appointments with 4 no-shows to get my item. The delivery driver dropped my package off the tailgate from 4 feet to the ground with the package clearly labeled "Fragile - DO NOT DROP". The packaging looked like it had been to hell and back. DO NOT USE TFORCE - the "T" is for "Terrible".

If there was a Zero rate they would earn it! Worst company ever. All package delivered back door not at your door. Is a joke! Lost packages all the time. They need to shut down this horrible company

The worst delivery company ever. I order things from Saks and for some reason they use this terrible service. Packages that I order were left anywhere but my front door. Every time!!!! For days in the rain because delivery guys would leave it somewhere in the end of a long drive way or by the basement door (which doesn’t look anything like front door) Packages went missing few times because who knows where they were left and who took them!! It’s been going on for a year! I’ve lost all my patience. It never happened to me with any other delivery company

If you value your cargo, DO NOT make the mistake of using this company. Expect about a two month wait from the expected delivery date plus a lot of damage to the cargo. Don't say that I didn't warn you. And Sean Korse is terrible at communication. He is called a "manager" at TForce, lol. Consider this: there is not 1 good review for this company ANYWHERE on the internet!

T force is a joke. They can’t get scheduling right. Had to take the day off to accept delivery . Later had to call because it was getting late. They said I was schedule the next day for delivery. The scheduler is Blake and the number he gave me is 206 767 7449 which the number doesn’t work. Now I’m force to take another day off to catch delivery. What a fkn joke of a company
