Scheduled delivery for a package weighing 937lbs for home delivery. Delivery driver dropped it at the end of the road when there is safe access for a semi truck. Literally 4 weeks ago I had a semi deliver a product. $3k sitting in the side of the road with no notice. When I called they said I did not request inside delivery. That's right, drop it at the actual house instead of down the road where no one at my home knows it's there.

CVS Specialty used Tforce to ship my sons much needed medication. Was supposed to arrive 7/29, never delivered. Emailed TForce said they would look into it. No response as of yet this morning other than a notification from CVS saying it was delivered at 5:28am this morning and my son signed for it. Neither of us signed for it and no medication. Seems the driver faked the delivery to steal my son’s medication and use it or sell it. Or they gave it to some random person without verification. Called support and could barely hear or understand the representative and they can’t contact the warehouse or driver. So basically wait 24 hours and we may hear something. Ugh!! Would NOT recommend this company ever. Now a further delay in getting a much needed medication. Thanks a bunch TFarce!!

No tracking number provided. No email notification that they were shipping. Then DHL stated the courier service was local via TForce. Stated they attempted delivery but I was home all day and no one came. Terrible service. No idea where my medicines are now.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Godawful company. My Staples Canada package has been earmarked for delivery for three days but package never showed up on any of the three days. Driver simply writes "No one at Location" in his/her log, which is manifestly untrue because I have been at home in my apartment for the last three days all day and every day. Either the delivery person never shows up or simply cannot figure out how to enter a 4-digit apartment code into the keypad by the apartment building's front entrance. (Regrettably, Staples Canada uses TForce so my Staples order will obviously never get delivered.) I'll cool down a bit and see if I can get a refund from Staples. Maybe after the weekend.

3x they have scheduled me for shipping. The first day "they called the wrong number " so didn't ship after I waited all day. Next two times after waiting all day they tell me the driver ran out of time. I am so far out they can't get to me before close of buisiness and they cancel my delivery. I told them if they couldn't get to me till late then deliver me first. No. They can't do that because if they run out of time other people won't get delivered and its not good buisiness practice. But its ok not to deliver to me. If you live rural you'll never get your package of you use these people.

Worst delivery service I've ever experienced. I was buzzed at 9:30 p.m., when I was obviously asleep because I have small children. After that, they claimed they attempted delivery three more times, but that's simply not true. I live in a condo, and not once was I buzzed again. I'm honestly shocked that vendors continue to use this delivery service. Based on my experience, it's been completely unreliable and very frustrating. After two weeks and no email notifications, I called customer service to sadly hear my item was returned to the store. How difficulty is it to deliver a package. This is basic work a 16 year old can do.

Service très décevant. Malgré plusieurs demandes pour que la livraison soit effectuée pendant les heures d’ouverture, elles ont été ignorées. Mon colis a finalement été retourné à l’expéditeur à cause de ce manque de professionnalisme. Je ne recommande pas TForce.
