Actually 0 stars or less!The worst delivery company we've ever had to date has been TForce. We purchased cabinets for the laundry room from an RTA company.(ready to assemble) Easy delivery, flat boxes. Stated that we needed a box truck to deliver since our new build is at the top of a narrow winding road with a major switch back that isn't suitable for large trucks. When TForce called to schedule, they said they didn't have box trucks. A delivery company that doesn't have box trucks???? Even their driver told us they had them. My husband was told that he could come to TForce's warehouse to pick up his delivery! We paid for delivery! Delivery day: the driver calls and is not driving a box truck, but he's coming up, or so he says! Until he reaches the sign at the bottom of the mountain that says "Road not suitable for large trucks". Haha So while the cabinet company is trying their best to find another company to deliver, TForce has our cabinets and is trying to charge the cabinet company for storage! Lol Several days later our cabinets came.....in a box truck from Estes Freight. TForce took over UPS Freight and is made up of former UPS employees. Hmm, I bet UPS was happy to see them go. Oh, the "T" in TForce stands for Terrible!

Purchased a Sunsetter Awning which they have a contract with TForce Freight - BUY CHEAP YOU GET CHEAP - the awning left Dallas, TX 6/20/23 stopped in Birmingham Alabama went to Gaffney South Carolina SAT THERE FOR OVER ELEVEN (11) DAYS!!!! The destination is Ringgold GA aka Chattanooga GA 2 hours north of Atlanta. WTH go to South Carolina then back to Georgia. The TRUCK HAD TO GO THROUGH GEORGIA TO GET TO SOUTH CAROLINA, I KNOW THEY WOULDN'T TAKE THE LONG ROUTE TO GO NORTH ALABAMA THROUGH TENNESSEE TO GET TO SOUTH CAROLINA. EXCUSES EXCUSES AND LIES. SUNSETTER IS THE PROBLEM TOO BY CONTRACTING WITH AN "F" RATED TRUCKING BUSINESS WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

These guys are a joke. Packages languish in their warehouse with no delivery date for days or even weeks and when you contact them, they say the internal team is working on it to get a swift resolution. I don't think they know the definition of 'Swift' Was told on one occasion that it would be delivered 'This weekend'....they don't work weekends.

Shipment sitting in a depot for 2 weeks! I have opened multiple cases and sent emails requests with zero resolution or even a response. The South Portland Depot will not respond to anybody. Have asked to have my case escalated multiple times. No help from anyone. Ship with ANYBODY but TForce!

I have never had worse customer service. Shame on Home Depot for using this nightmare of a company and then simply giving me a TForce number to deal with them directly. They are unwilling to correct their error (we paid for in home delivery of a large piece of furniture and it is now sitting in my driveway in the rain and blocking my garage so I can't use my car ). TForce consider delivery complete. Home Depot has no solution so I'm returning the item. It will take up to 2 days for the new freight company to contact me to schedule a pick up date. I will not be ordering anything online from Home Depot again and I will never use TForce Freight. The only positive thing I can say is that at least Home Depot customer service was polite while being unhelpful. TForce Freight was unhelpful and rude about it.

ZERO STARS. IS THIS EVEN A LEGITIMATE COMPANY?

I called them up to arrange delivery and the women passed me to a second person and he yelled at me and told me he was shipping $9,000 worth of stuff back to the shipper. That he did not have the time to deal with our stuff. I have never run into a company that was so anti customer.... Its unbelievable.
