This company is a joke. NEVER use them. They lost part of our shipment. Billed the shipment under a new made up account at 10x the rate. Refused to fix it. Refused to credit us for the lost product. Never responded or answered the phone for an entire year. Then submitted us to collections. Worst shipper ever.

Terrible service. A delivery to my company was picked up from the sender on 8/25/23 and as of today 9/13/23, is still sitting at the 'Service Center' I've made several phone calls to resolve and keep getting 'disconnected.' I have advised my logistics department to not work with the company in the future.

Scheduled a pickup for a $50,000 order. I called them to verify they received the request on Tuesday for a Thursday pickup. They said they received it and that someone would be there. I called on Thursday to see if this was still true. They said it was moved to Friday. I called on Friday and they said that I would need to call them back on Monday to see if someone would be available. Still don't have a pickup window and all they can do is create tickets which don't get answered or provide any help. Will never do business with them ever again.

This company is an absolute nightmare. Shipping has been delayed by 5 days while my 3k package (a couch) sits on a truck a few miles away until they can find a lift gate they say. I’ve called multiple times and customer service is so rude and dances around the issue by saying they will have someone call me back- they never do. I’ll be shocked if i get my package in the next week with how crappy of a company this is. They have already set up 2 delivery days in which i had to be gone from work and never delivered on either. Nightmare company !

I scheduled a pallet to go out via freight and it got delayed for several days until it was finally picked up. Each day I was greeted with attitude when I called the customer service line to see what was going on and why pickup was delayed. Now, here I am 2 days later with my order still not on the road because I was told that the driver lost the paperwork and they don’t know if I was billed (which I was). This company is failing in every aspect and it’s the last time I’ll ever use them.

If there is any way to give this company minus 10 stars, I would. For a mistake that they made, they sent me to collections. 60 emails and 6 months later (after threatening to escalate to their CEO), they finally closed it out. Best to avoid companies like this that have absolutely no respect for customers!

If I could give negative stars, I would. We shipped out a shipment to one of our dealers on July 27, 2023. I got an email asking where their shipment was, found out it was still with TForce Freight. They said they put it on the wrong truck route the first time. It just made it to our dealer on August 27, 2023. It has been damaged, they lost part of the shipment, they stacked them on top of each other when there are warnings and labels to NOT STACK. The boxes look like they have been through a war zone and the fact that they lost a box in transit is unacceptable. We will NEVER use this company again. They have been stricken from our list of possibilities for shipping companies. If you do not want your shipment to get where you ship it or you want to destroy your product, use this one.

Absolute disaster!! I ordered a $7000 dollar outdoor gorilla playset. They failed to inform me that apparently they can not deliver to a residential address due to the size of their trucks. They only do curb side even on a main road.. they apparently stop and hold traffic up to unload it. you are required to have or find a truck and trailer sturdy enough to go haul it yourself! This is absolutely not the service I paid for!! You can not get ahold of anyone and if you do, they hang up on you!!! I even called the main office for customer service just for them to transfer me back to the local freight station. Awful company with lazy people who don't care rather you get your package or not!! GINA hates her job and is a very sour lady.
