Company was supposed to schedule a delivery. They called to do so on the afternoon it was supposed to arrive and stated it did not make it on the truck. They reported that they did not know it was a scheduled delivery before today, but had already sent me a notifications early in the day that it was out for delivery. I had spent the entire morning trying to get a delivery time that would work through the shipper who then called them several times. The person on the phone said they were not contacted by the shipper, but couldn't explain how I had been informed it would arrive today, but now it wasn't. I told her she was not being truthful and this was unprofessional. She told me I was rude and hung up. I don't trust a company that lies to handle an expensive piece of equipment. It is being shipped back and a different shipper will be used.

Worst company in the history of worst companies
T Force freight has been a very untrustworthy company with freight deliveries and exhibits no responsibility or accountability as a company for the freight they insure and handle.
T-force lost a pallet valued at approximately 10,345 shipped on November 17th 2022. Since submitting our claim the claims investigation team, cargo claims supervisor and Senior claims investigators have been extremely difficult and hard to deal with in our effort to recoup the equipment that was lost and or the money that was paid.
After numerous emails over the past year, they initially denied our claim in April 2023 stating that the pallet was delivered and its entirety in Metairie louisiana, however only four separate boxes arrived to the client site.
Our partial shipment of four of 12 equipment boxes which were palleted, shrink-wrapped, shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey on November 17th 2022 arrived in February 2023, was finally delivered, unpallated, open, tampered with and damaged without any explanation of where the rest of our shipment went.
T-force then decided that our claim for the Lost / damaged items were not worth the value we stated and issued a reimbursement check of only $325 on November 7th 2023, which does not come close to the loss of time and money our small business incurred. The shipment was fully insured by t-force, yet they have made the decision to act unfairly with the cost wheat incurred due to their carelessness.
Our company is a family-owned small business, this type of loss had a significant financial impact on our business, as well as our clients. Incidents like this are not easy to handle, especially during a time when financial stability is a challenge to a company like ours. It had a large disruption to our business, as well as our client and the time sensitive work we were contracted to perform.
The product, which took some us approximately 18 months to obtain due to severe back orders and supply chain issues, caused us to scramble and purchase those products from other vendors at a higher cost and incurred additional cost having to overnight the replacement items. their mistake could have cost us a very important client. Losing this client due to their carelessness, would have been detrimental to our business. I would not recommend using t-force or any of their subsidiaries for shipping and handling of your important packages and belongings. We are not cashing that $325 check, they can shove it up their ass! T-force, give Phoenix systems a call, you know our number we've called more than enough times

This is a terrible freight line they are cheap for a reason. They will just hold your shipment for weeks or as of late they will deliver your material to an entirely different company and wrong city. Thankful the company that received this called our company to let us know.

Horrible company
Horrible company. Made ONE attempt to deliver my package. They didn't attempt to contact me or leave a tag. I contacted them THREE times with offers to come pick it up, detailed instructions re: building access, etc. They didn't attempt to deliver it again. After the company I originally ordered contacted me to say my package was delivered, I reached out one more time only to learn they supposedly returned the package to the sender. This was news to the sender as well as according to their info, the package was delivered to my address. Unbelievable. They stole my stuff.

Thanks for leaving my stuff on the sidewalk outside.
My building has a main entrance and one unmarked door for residents to enter; driver calls me to tell me he's at the entrance. Confused as to why he wasn't able to get into the door seeing as there are concierges there to open it, I go downstairs only to not be able to find the delivery driver or my package. Walk around the block to the back entrance to find my package sitting outside on the sidewalk. Thanks for calling me to let me know you were at the building at least? Worst delivery company.

Avoid them like the plague ….
Avoid them like the plague …2 missing packages in one week .
First proof of delivery photo is a picture of my package on the floor in the street with a delivery note stating “ left at front desk “ beside the fact that front desk is not my delivery address … MY BUILDING DOESNT HAVE A FRONT DESK . Package is nowhere to be found
Second package was supposed to be delivered 11/9 - was marked attempted to deliver unsafe . Untrue as it’s a fob key building that you have to be buzzed into , i work from home and there is no attempted contact no note and nothing on the security cameras as I’ve had the building manager check all cameras Companies using this courier system should be ashamed of their selves i can’t imagine how much money they’re losing on “ delivered “ packages . I’ve never seen so many bad reviews in my life …

T-Force provided an over the phone…
T-Force provided an over the phone quote that in June 2023.
We ordered their service, provided a completed T-Bill that with all codes, weight, size, freight, description (a custom Foam sign in a wood crate).
A T-Force driver picked up the item up (indoor pick up). Item shipped timely and was received by our customer.
5 months later, October 2023, T-Force contacts us with new invoice for $169 more than quoted, claiming an indoor pick up charge and inspection incurred new costs.
From T-Force:
"We hope this email finds you well, be advised that the shipment was subject to an inspection, therefore if you consider that the weight, class or NMFC adjustment needs to be disputed, we need to receive the POC (Proof of Commodity) of the items shipped. The POC must include the manufacturer's specs, a copy of the packing slip and a catalog page."
After a phone discussion, about accurate weight, size and product that was shipped (custom painted, foam sign) T-Force kept claiming we had to provide the above listed items as though they are different from what we discussed in order file an official dispute of their up-charge.
Since we are disputing the charge regardless of their process or steps they say we must take, they are claiming this will go to collections.
T-Force didn't communicate possible upcharges, indoor pickup charges, need for Proof of Commodity. They have the manufacturer's specs, and their own packing slip.
Advice is, do not accept a T-Force over the phone quote.

Lost Materials
They lost my conference materials just from Cincinnati to DC and would hang up every time I tried to reach customer service to locate them after spending truly hours waiting through phone menus and holds. I still have not received my materials and it has been nearly a month. I created a trust pilot account just to make this review.
