after 2 weeks of not being delivered ....they say it is not lost ..they just don't know where it it is....this company is 100% total B.S. can not use enough words to express my distain for there lack of concern..... LAIRES AND DISHONEST ...NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY.

Best Buy sent me an email saying Tforce would pick up large boxes last Fri- they never showed even after numerous calls. I was told at end of day they would come Mon. Again - no show. Their customer service told me they would come at 2-3, then at 4 they were one stop away, then that they did not know, couldn't get thru to terminal and manager was "in a meeting."So we have waited 2 full days. What are the chances they will come tomorrow?

It has been now 12 days with proof that my package was delivered to the wrong house that is not even on my street and I am still struggling between the shipper & the shipping company to get refunded for the merchandise that was never delivered. I will never order from that seller again or order from any seller that uses this shipping company.

This company has told us for five days in a row that our item will be delivered. So for five days, one of us has been home all day waiting for delivery and nothing has arrived. They keep telling us the drivers have a lot of deliveries and simply can't make all the deliveries. I'm not sure how a delivery company can continue to operate if they "simply can't make all the deliveries." Do not use this company if you actually want an item to be delivered as they are incapable.

TForce delivered new door panels for a Samsung refrigerator warranty issue. One door was well wrapped and secured to a pallet--but the pallet was broken and the box was entirely exposed on one end. When the installer came by to replace the door on the fridge and finished opening the box, the warranty door was not just dinged, but totally perforated--ruined!

I was supposed to receive a package to be delivered by T-Force on December 1. On that morning, the tracking info said that it was out for delivery. Later in the day, it switched to pending, then for the next two days it said no information was available. Then on the afternoon of the third day, it suddenly said that the package was delivered on December 1. I contacted them and they insisted that the package had been delivered on December 1. I was home all day and nothing was delivered. When I questioned them, they just replied that the driver had delivered the package to the right address and didn't answer any further emails. I don't know how they stay in business.

Picked up a pallet with custom hard case crate (been making crates for 25 years, I'm damn good at it) and when they showed up at my clients house, the crate was gone, chandelier was crushed and destroyed. My client denied the delivery and called me up pissed purple. Had to build another one at my cost, shipped with a different company, also my cost, and they delivered it to my client so I didn't have to do a $5000 refund. Tforce does not know where my original pallet is and are denying any refund due to lack of evidence they themselves lost or misplaced. DONT use them! They still want me to pay the invoice bill even though they didn't deliver it. Jerks! This is not the first time and I've lost on average @$20,000 a year on lost, damaged or destroyed pallets they never pay as they deny the claim and once its closed, no one is "authorized" to talk to you about it. Use someone else as these middlemen only care about themselves and their paycheck. If a media company want to interview me so I can tell my experience, share receipts, emails etc, please contact me.

Terrible experienced with this company, leaving my package at my fromt porch at night at the edge of my porch. They dont even have the common sense to ring the doorbell at night. Received no notification of my package arrived until i looked at app. 30 mins later after their so called check my front door, and my package is not there. Thanks to this guys my package is loss.
