Folks, if you ever need have something large delivered by freight, avoid this company by any means necessary. TForce Freight charged me for lift gate delivery, but refused to come an inch into my driveway. Didn't know that, even after I had spoken to the dispatcher and informed them that I was expecting it delivered up the driveway. I was told if I didn't come down and get it with my pickup, I would be charged a redelivery fee and a storage fee until I picked it up myself. And when i called to complain, I was basically told "too bad".

I too would give them zero stars if I could. First, their call center is useless, all they can do is tell you the same tracking info on the website. They cannot solve any delivery problems nor can they even schedule the final delivery. They say we have to talk to the local depot. I call the local depot and they never answer their phone. EVER. Then, they say on tracking that they are calling me but I have no missed calls and no voicemail either. Only after a WEEK of calling and begging the call center did one of them send an email to the local depot and cc me. Someone responded and scheduled the final delivery. The day of came, with a giant 11-4 delivery window. I called them right at 11 and once again no answer. I emailed them asking for update on where in the route I am to at least get some kind of idea. I took the day off work, and also emptied my garage into the driveway to fit the delivery in the back which is where it would go. Around 3pm I get an email back saying "Oh, it didn't make it onto the truck this morning" as if this is some kind of mysterious roll of the dice if they.... do their damn job. They have ONE job, deliver the shipment, and they can't be bothered to even do that one job. I sent this to the sender, telling them to deal with it and that I want my money back. I have zero faith they even show up if I make another appointment, nor do I have any faith it will even arrive undamaged as so many others have said happened to theirs.

I work for a manufacturing company and i usually do not bother with these kinds of things. The experience we received yesterday from a driver representing this company was unacceptable and unprofessional. If you want bad service and bad attitude please use this company. The most disgusting delivery company imaginable. They stole a package with some expensive shoes. Claimed they delivered it to the back door- in a gated area, single family home. They wouldn't even have ACCESS to the back door! Liars! They stole $800 Blahnik pumps. Some delivery person is probably selling them on the street. BEWARE!

If there was zero stars i would have chosen that. Had a package delivered today but when the guy that was delivering it arrived to the house he literally just threw the package on the front door step from where the garage starts, took a picture of the delivery he made and left. Didn’t even ring the doorbell. That is completely unacceptable. If I was delivering the package I would have rang the doorbell and waited to hand it to the customer. You don’t just throw packages on somebody’s doorstep with such carelessness.

Each of the four times they were hired for delivery, they never showed up within the 10-14 days they said they would. Dishonest company

Tforce never delivers my packages!!! They always say they missed me!!! Worse delivery service ever!!!! Still don't have my packages from Nordstrom!!! Been several days of waiting, they are liars!!!!
