DO NOT trust this company I repeat DO NOT trust them, they lie all the time, I have made 3 appointments for a delivery, just to find out the miss place the furniture boxes and my wife lost 4 days from work waiting for the furniture, frustrating to say the least.

We engaged T-Force for a shipment from California to Texas. Initially, we were quoted $500 over the phone for shipping a pallet, which seemed reasonable and prompted us to choose their services. The actual shipping process was relatively smooth, and there were no significant issues with the delivery itself. However, the post-service experience has significantly tainted our overall impression. About a month after the delivery, we were surprised to receive an invoice charging us $1,500, which is three times the initially quoted amount. This unexpected increase in cost came without any prior notification or fair justification. We have attempted to resolve this issue by reaching out to T-Force customer service, hoping there was a misunderstanding or an error that could be corrected. The communication has not been as helpful as we would have expected from a professional service provider. I would urge potential customers to be cautious when dealing with T-Force. Ensure that any quotes received are documented in writing and confirm that no additional charges will be incurred without your explicit consent. Based on our experience, where the final invoice vastly differed from the quoted price, we would not recommend T-Force for those who seek transparent billing practices.

We do not recommend TForce Freight due to their high rates, they announce a rate over the phone and when they invoice they charge more than double.

Worst experience ever. Please whoever has to use this unprofessional company in the future do not do it. They have no manner they close the phone while you are asking for your package. They lie every single day its the 5th day and I haven't received yet my package.

ABSOLUTELY WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. I was shipping a 85 pound item from Texas to Maryland, they priced us at $1800 to go 1600 miles. They promised us a 3 day delivery which is the reason we decided to go with this company, it took them over a week to deliver and the truck they sent to my father in laws house couldn’t not even deliver to their house, they have to drive into town and meet this driver in a highschool parking lot. I setup the order over the phone was told I had to drive it a hour and half to the south Austin location for it to be sent out. When I arrived no one there understood what I was talking about nor did they have anything on their side that showed I had already set up an order. (Mind you they already took my package then told me they couldn’t deliver it) I refused to leave from there without having my package sent out. The lady’s in the south Austin location were nice but not very useful at all. They could only do anything if the “service team” in another country could approve it first. After 2 hours on the phone at this location we finally got our package sent out (or so they told us) then found out the package didn’t leave that facility for 24 hours. Not only did they have the worst customer service in the world but they also price gauge like crazy. This company should be SHUT DOWN.

TForce is the worst! My package never arrived, and I've lost five packages with them so far.

I, too, did not receive my shipment, and I live in an area with cameras. I called Nordies to explain that we do not have problems receiving our packages and that simple research (which led me here) shows that this carrier should not be used as one of their vendors. I hope my feedback helps remove them as a delivery service in the future.

Waste of time and money. Lying, useless customer service.
