This company should not be in business! The woman from the Stonham MA facility lied to me more than once. First, I was told shipment was out for delivery (after calling the main office 3 times and then the company that used them) Told me it would be here around 4pm, no show waited until 6pm. Next day I called the company that was sending me my stuff and told them to call TForce and wouldn't you know it got a call back 20min later from the same woman. She said the truck broke down sorry for the delay. I said why didn't you call me last night to tell me, said already left for the day. Then said truck is loaded you are the 2nd delivery (this is at 10:15 in the morning) I asked how long and she said, "a few hours" WTF! Why so long, no answer from her (The place is 20min from my house) I said I need a time, couldn't give me one. I then said I don't want the delivery (6,000.00 worth of wood) send it back, her reply, they're still going to charge you for the lumber. I said to her "WhoTF do you think you are speaking for the company? Again, no response. Called company, told them they shouldn't do business with this shipping company and was told I'd get a full refund. Also call credit card company and told them not to pay. Off to the local lumber yard (should have done in the first place) to order what I need.

worst I have ever seen. Changed delivery date on me 3 times. If I know a company that Im buying from uses Tforce to deliver, I wouldnt order. Its that bad.

Got called multiple times about being unable to deliver a package due to needing a signature. I called back and the representative said it was fine. Another representative said they needed one and that it would take an additional week to arrange drop off. I ultimately had to go to the warehouse and pick it up. Why am I paying 100’s of dollars for shipping just to pick up my item?

I own a distribution company, and I wouldn't trust TForce Freight to handle anything for me or my customers. I wouldn't touch them with a 10' pole. Here's a brief outline of two professional experiences with them. Shipment 1: I used a customer's collect account (at their request). Material did not arrive at the expected time. In the following days, tracking continued to show it would arrive that day, then the next, then the next. It sat at a terminal 1 hour from us for 2 weeks before it was delivered, finally, when I threatened to pick it up myself. Shipment 2: Same exact situation. However, this time when I called 10 days in, I was told that payment was required to deliver. I explained that we used a customer's collect account - they offered no explanation and continually insisted that I had to pay before they would deliver. I asked what the total was - they wouldn't tell me. I asked if their AR team could send an email - they wouldn't send an email. I asked for a manager - no manager available. I asked why this sat at their hub for 10 days with no one calling me or my supplier - you guessed it, nothing. Finally got an email for AR after 30 minutes on the phone - sent an email, no reply. There are more details I could give. However, if you read this far, I'm hoping this is enough information to save you some heartache. Maybe they are great when nothing goes wrong and they are not busy. But if that's not the case, good luck.

T force lied to get the shipment. They picked up in California on 8/31. Went to Fontana CA and sat for 3 days. Today arrived in El Paso. Was told it would deliver on the 2nd. Now it will be the 8th. So 8 days to deliver something that takes 3.

Lousy customer service. I called 11 times and still have not resolved my issue.

Extremely disappointing experience with this company. Customer service tried to help, but they have no control over dispatch, they can just transfer you to dispatch, and nobody from dispatch answers calls or emails. Customer service multiple times tried to reach them but no answer. I was promised multiple callbacks or emails and updates, but nobody ever followed through. My delivery was rescheduled several times, leaving me waiting and wasting hours every day trying to get answers where and when my shipment will be delivered. every day they told me in the morning it going to be delivered still today and by the afternoon they told it was rescheduled for the nest day. Now after a week i got a call back they claim a normal box truck is not good for my pallets although its not throe so the they requires a tractor-trailer, which is a ridiculous excuse after all these delays. Very poor communication and reliability—I would not trust this company with an important shipment.

Package was not placed in parcel delivery box. Stolen by driver (presumably), no follow up. Terrible resolution process. I wish dhl would stop using them
