This company is highly incapable of doing the job right or even a job right doesn’t take 5 weeks to get one pallet to its correct destination after four tries smh. Highly unprofessional and a bunch of liars.

Paid them $515.91 to ship a package. They picked up package from my house, then when it never arrived at destination I called to find out what was going on. They claimed they never received my payment, even after I provided them with documentation. I ended up disputing the charge with my card, was denied on the dispute. End result, they still have my money and refused to return the package to me. I dont know what to do now, im out $1000 with shipping cost plus package value. What a scam! Stay away!

Horrible they lost my pallet but kept updating that it was shipped here and there but noone ahas seen it would never use again!

Won’t deliver freight. Can’t read a map or gps correctly. Five different delivery times scheduled and never showed up with freight.

Have their driver delivered people’s packages with some respect! They just threw your package from the sidewalk up to the porch! Not their packages so they don’t care! Unbelievable!

If I could give then zero stars I would. The driver arrived with my 2100 pounds of marble tiles and promptly told me he couldn't deliver because he only had a hand pallet jack.( I paid extra for a lift gate and hand pallet jack.) I told him that I've gotten 4000 pound deliveries and it was fine. He kept telling me that he would hurt himself and that the only thing he could do was to take the delivery back to the warehouse and come another day. (For a substantial fee) I got my son in law on the phone who does this for a living and he told me to tell the guy exactly how to do it. I even offered that he could talk to my son in law but he refused. He kept saying that he had been doing this 30 years and it was impossible and it was going to cost me substantially more to redeliver on another day. Everything suddenly changed when my son in law said he was coming over(he was going to have to leave work to do this)Suddenly, the driver gets in his truck, backs into the driveway, opens the back, moves the crate(using the pallet jack that couldn't possibly move 2100 pounds) onto the lift gate, lowers the lift gate and moves the crate into the garage. It took less than 10 minutes! I firmly believe he was trying to get me to pay more because he kept insisting that it was impossible to move 2100 pounds with a hand pallet jack.

I would have put 0 stars. Not reliable. Delayed delivery. Package not delivered. Generic email when trying to contact them. Awful service.

I would have rated them much higher until the PORTLAND OFFICE got the pallet and "she" was just sitting on the pallet until she was called several times. Arrived on a Wednesday. Great job truck drivers from Georgia to Portland. Thursday afternoon I called and she said a call to my son to schedule delivery would be made tonight and if not, Friday morning. No call back. Son reached her at Friday, asked for Monday delivery, and she wanted to schedule it Tuesday. He is not available Tuesday, so he asked for Wednesday. She then said Monday is open. If T-Force dispatch lady had her way, the package was going to sit in the warehouse for six days and that's only after she was called multiple times. I feel something is wrong with her organizational skills or desire to do her job, unless she is just understaffed.
