This company does NOT provide customer care worth a damn. I been waiting on a shipment that has been sitting in Las Vegas NV. for 3 DAYS now, and can not get a straight answer about when it "might" arrive. (p.s. the final destination is a little over 100 miles away) 1 supervisor has had nothing but excuses with this - i have the emails for proof. I have called their customer support appx 10x in 3 days looking for an answer- as their own website said it was in Vegas. I called and left 2 voicemails at 2 different corporate offices & have not received any callback. I have sent 2 emails to their generic corporate inbox & yup, you guessed it- no reply. I even sent a message on messenger and got the runaround there too. As i DID not hire them for this delivery, i wouldn't give them a half a star if i could. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.

Worst freight delivery experience I've had in some time. They refused to deliver pallets to my rural location (refused to travel down crush n run finished gravel road) when others (e.g. Estes, UPS, Fedex Freight) do it all the time. Staff is rude and unprofessional too - avoid.

I wish I could give negative stars to this absolute garbage excuse for a delivery service. A simple package containing a pair of sneakers and three aborted delivery attempts in a row with the notification that they could not access my apartment building despite the presence of a very user-friendly intercom system that every other visitor and delivery service can seem to figure out. After sending them a special access code as well as TWO additional ways to use the intercom, I get a notification that package has been delivered. I go downstairs-no package. I’m done and have filed a report with the company I ordered from. This laughable excuse for a company should be out of business.

I lost a package delivered by TForce. They mistakenly delivered it to the house across the street. Fortunately, the next day, a kind man returned the package to me. Before I realized the misdelivery, I contacted TForce and they said they would investigate. Three days later, they sent me a photo taken from inside the truck, showing only my gate and fence from a distance, without the package in sight. They claimed this was proof of delivery and even altered the date and time on the photo. However, the package had actually been delivered to the wrong house, and the homeowner there returned it to me. What is the purpose of this photo? Did they intentionally create “proof” even though they had delivered it to the wrong address?

Packages are stolen by employees and they delete all tracking leaving you in the dark. AVOID TFORCE AT ALL COSTS

Don't work with T force. They don't pay you. And give you worst route. Their app is worst of worst. They never think abour driver side. Very rude and play game. Stay away T force..
