I have been living in 45 Wall Street for 4 years. I find the Building Staff here to be extremely nice and friendly and I am good friends with them! They are always very courteous and polite! I give 5 stars to them. I find Management to be OK. I don't think they price the apartments fairly. For example, right now there is a huge construction going on (and it will be going on for many more months!), it's loud and you can't have guests because workers are at your windows 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. Not to mention that smoke and other stinky gases enter the apartment during the work. The rooftop is closed. Management doesn't consider all these factors a reason to lower the rent, so the rent is at its highest it's ever been. Management gets 3 stars from me (it's true, they could be worse). Total 4 stars.

Love the whole place as a unit from the staff to the building... Sometimes I wish the amenities hours could be open a bit longer but other than that it's amazing!

Porters, maintaince crew, doormen are all fantastic at 4610. I give them five stars. The building is well maintained and clean with maintaince requests being addressed promptly. Doormen are friendly and helpful - mail (receiving packages) is efficient and quick. No complaints. On the other hand, TFC corporate or upper level management is not as smooth. It takes days for them to respond to voicemails and emails about simple requests like electric bill queries. I have been ignored and generally treated very poorly. Dealing with them to rent the apartment in the first place was also a hassle and much more complicated and mismanaged than I hoped it would be. This side of TFC needs serious reconsideration.

Great building, would really love if the shuttle ran more frequently (or more of them) and for longer hours

I'm very satisfied with the building and the services I'm getting. Considering the cold weather I would try to prolong the shuttle hours.

TFC is almost perfect except severe wind in that area. Place is clean and nice. My only concern is that the elevator gets shut down either too soon or too slow. Adult might be ok with it but I worry about kids and dogs that can stuck or hit by an elevator door because of its speed.

TF Cornerstone has been my home since it was just me and my dog. Now, it will be home to myself, my dog, my fiance and my June 2017 newborn. The staff at 4545 Center Blvd are attentive and individualized. The building is immaculate and the units are perfect.
