friendly door man， high quality service，I just hope the front door button get fixed sooner since everytime I enter with my bike, the doorman need to open it for me

Clean, like the package system, anxious for the dog station to be finished and useable.

The room is a little too noisy: 1) door is very thin 2) external AC(?) drone is very loud Other than that no complaints, building is great!

Main complaint would be with how creaky the flooring tends to be. Very important to have carpeting so as to avoid this problem. Would like windows to have screens so that we could open them during the day without fear of bugs getting in.

I am facing a problem to LOG in My TFC to settle bill. This is the only and biggest problem I have.

Its a really beautiful building but sad that kids can't enjoy the 7th floor to the max restricting them of play. Also you can hear everything in the halls.

This is also not a specific question- the company as a whole or my building? The Chelsea building was impeccable, my current building is great but has it's blemishes.

I had a great experience overall, the front desk people are very nice, the living environment is quiet and clean, everything exactly like I expected. However, I don't why the night shift front desk person gives me the wrong package, like I got other person's package and I lost mine, and I think he probably gave it to other wrong apt too. It is so annoying and it happened already twice, and only with the night shift person. I mean, he should be more careful when mark down the apt number when get the packages and pick carefully when residence go get the package. I just don't want this happen to other people.
