Walls are too thin. My laptop sound travels to next apartment and the management doest help you at all instead they will send you a letter of noise Nuisance. Keep in mind this my first 30 days living in this building.

My apt was advertised on the TFC.com website with a $1000 Security Deposit. However, my security deposit paid actually was one month rent. I asked for a refund through email but never got a reply. False advertising.

The building is great. The management people are awesome. The leasing office couldn't be filled with worse people who take commands from a landlord that makes MILLIONS and writes tenants a fee for literally everything.

The living experience, facilities, front desk and maintenance staff are excellent. As good as it gets. The leasing staff, however, are terrible. We moved upstairs to a new apartment, which was previously lived in by friends of ours. The leasing team allowed us to leave some stuff upstairs before moving in and said it would go untouched. When we arrived, everything had been thrown out, they claimed they hadn't done so, and are now threatening to sue us for the money we withheld. We will be countersuing if they follow through.

I was all set to move in when the doorman told me i can't. And I have to stay for 30 minutes just to settle an issue which should have been avoided if the management was competent enough to facilitate it.

TF Cornerstone hid impending construction when signing lease. Shortly after starting the lease, construction began and amenities were closed indefinitely. When trying to resolve the issue, management was extremely rude and unhelpful. They lied, called me a liar and put words in my roommates mouths. I would not recommend TF Cornerstone (not because of the apartment itself, or the maintenance/doormen, but) because of management/leasing office manipulation.
