Overall it’s good. Front desk very tentative and nice. Only one negative side is the shuttle bus is always full when they come down to 4720. Some bus drivers wouldn’t pick up passengers from the other side of the road when going to pick up those in 4545. It would be nice if we can get on the bus early to secure seats. Especially when there are handicaps living in the building.

Truly my experience has been 4.5 our of 5 stars, but after living in numerous apartments in NYC, I know not to give anyone 5 stars after just 1 month so we are at 4 stars for now and maybe I will move to 5 stars in 6-9 months. So far the experience has been solid and I like my new apartment. The layout is really good and the always/corners seem to be 6-12 inches bigger then the standard NYC apartment, which goes a long way in terms of not making you feel less cramped. The concierge and maintenance staff are all very friendly/professional and very effective in the overwhelming majority of situations. Some improvements for the building would be to add cabanas to the rooftop lounge area (something to consider for next spring/summer/fall at this point). Also, some lessons on grilling as the outdoor grills can be a little complicated.

I love the staff and our apartment. Honestly, the other tenants don’t treat the common spaces as respectfully as they could. Messes are often there for hours after people have left - and it shocks me people will leave the messes they leave! Most of the other tenants act very entitled and unaware of other people who share the spaces with them. Really disappointing. And my wife and I have both been asked by staff to adhere to common space rules which we see many other tenants breaking all the time. So, I’m disappointed with most of my fellow tenants treatment of the building as a whole and (presuming they’re asked as often as I am to follow the build rules) I’m bothered they don’t adhere to the same rules I do.
