We moved to our building in Long Island City a few months ago and find the building to be extremely well managed. The doormen are professional and courteous and the porters keep the building spotless. We love the building link that informs us of all that's going on in the building and community activities. We only have very positive things to say!

Would recommend to a friend!

I am renting for the first time in many years after living in coop apartments on the Upper West Side. I could not be happier. Building staff and management were enormously helpful during my move and in the months of settling in. Any issues that come up are dealt with swiftly and well.

I like the building management how they organize the building and the staffs are super nice. They are willing to help you out whenever you have problems. I enjoy living here.

As a long time resident, the most important thing that makes this location a great place to live is the dedicated, efficient, and friendly service from the entire staff.
