Good service most of the time However, poor refund policy. They state that you will not receive a refund if you get an unrelated text. So if you receive some spam message on a "service not listed" type number, you will not be given a refund.

Those cases can be more complicated because the system has received an SMS even though it may not be the one you were expecting. If that happens, our US-based support team can review the specific verification rather than leaving you without an explanation. We generally can refund these as long as you are not trying to use this for a service we have listed. We appreciate you pointing out where the policy can feel unfair from the customer's side.
