Sorry those services didn’t accept the numbers you tried. Our numbers are real US non-VoIP numbers backed by physical SIMs, but platforms like X, Gmail, and Yahoo control their own verification rules and can still reject a number. Whether a verification is accepted can also depend on other signals the platform sees, including your IP address, browser or session history, and the account itself. Textverified is used successfully by thousands of people each day, but we know individual verifications can still fail.

We offer a couple of free public SMS numbers, while private verifications and rentals are paid services that use account credits. Sorry you were charged without seeing the expected credits in your balance. We understand why that would be concerning, especially if it happened twice. We don’t want you paying for credits you didn’t receive. We always recommend reaching out to your credit card company first as sometimes a payment may look like it went through, but does not in the end. Your credit card company can usually let you know what happened and how long to wait before being concerned.
