Text Request is better than our previous program. The support is amazing, and the templates are great. The training modules won't let you skip one if you don't use that service/feature, so it always looks like you have training to do. But it is simple to learn to use. The only other issue is they limit the number of characters per text rather than having just one text, you can be charged for 3 when it's on all the same text.

Text Request at its core does exactly what it is supposed to do without a lot of overhead or training required. The advanced features, which we don't subscribe to, are robust and capable, but aren't something that our organization is ready to expand into. It is good to know that the options are available should we decide to expand.

My experience with Text Request has been great. The reps are very quick to respond and follow up with any questions i have. Overall the program is very easy to use and every concern my team has had they had an answer for. Very satisfied and would recommend this program to anyone.
