I started Aug.31,2020 and up until now, I didn't received my pay. I've been sending an email to finance but got no reply. I'm so frustrated with this company. So disgusting!

NO PAY I was happy when I got the job, 3 weeks down the line no pay, tried reaching out to the coaches, finance ,support system got no replay, seems as though no matter how many emails you write no one ever bothers to respond, in the end I got frustrated and stopped typing fourth week now and still NO PAY and NO RESPONSE, why put in support if they can't support employees in the first place?

DO NOT WORK WITH MALIBU OPERATORS. THEY ARE THIEVES AND THE MANAGEMENT/COACHES ARE UNRESPONSIVE! THEY DO NOT CARE WHETHER OR NOT YOU ARE PAID! THEY STOLE MONEY FROM ME AND WHEN I REACHED OUT TO SOMEONE THEY NEVER RESPONDED! THE PERSON SAW THE MESSAGE AND NEVER RESPONDED!

I'm a happily married mom, working a full time job while doing this job as a side job. I didn't go by reviews as I was working for another company just like this and it was legit. So I read up on TextingFactory and it seems way better. I'll be giving a review next week as to the pay and such.

wish i could leave a negative review, they do not pay at all. they will deactivate your account for no reason and not pay you. my account was deactivated, my emails were not responded to, and my skype coach (Victoria) no longer responds to my messages.

I receive my past payment through payoneer but they change it, right now I am waiting for my next pay. I will give a feedback again if I receive my latest pay this week.

They don’t pay so don’t believe the fake positive reviews below. You can see its fake. Mom of 3, what does that have to do with this? The positive reviews are constantly about being paid, so I’m guessing they’re trying to add fake reviews to get people to join. I’ve sent probably about 20 emails asking for my payment, nada! They ignored me. My coach doesn’t even read my skype messages. They’re very quick to sign you on but no support whatsoever. I am owed quite a bit and not a single payment. I worked for free! I’m sitting with a bank account in excess and no money coming in because of these scammers! Please take note there will be new reviews countering my review. Rather just stay away!

I'm new and so far, I'm being properly compensated. They haven't missed to give my payment for 2 weeks in a row. Their support team is also responsive.
