This company is a scam they will ask for your information and identification in hope of getting an online support desk job, they will share your information with other entity's. Texting factory is a scam stay well away! Also people advertising this scam are scammers also. Odetta Rockhead Kerr on YouTube promotes these SCAMS report her account to stop this.

Terrible "company" to work for. The pay is horrible, you can work all day (7+ hours a day) and only make 10 euros. The most I've made in a week is 85 Euros and I was on it all day and night. The support for employees is non existent, not once has anyone responding to any support emails I've sent when I needed help. I definitely do not recommend working for Texting Factory.

It's NOT A SCAM, BUT, They are TOO demanding for very low pay! You got 5 minutes to answer questions from customers and in these 5 minutes you gonna lie, you gonna write in a book about the player and the costume as well! it's like running against time to receive a TRASH salary of 5 cents per msg, in 1 hour you will make 1 or 2 dollars, really guys, go invest your time in a real job!! don't waste your precious time with them!! if you are able to work more than 10 hours a day, then you should get 2 jobs, but don't work for them

I did not know it was xx texting. There is not way to contact them back. You cannot reply to their emails AND yoru email gets HIJACKED. YOu cannot use your email for any other website sign ups . In the same hour, I applied to clickworker. It said my email was already taken. I applied to transcript .. something. It said my email was already taken . THis textfactory asks for your skype ID and all of that. I was trying for online job ops and all it is are scam ops. I should have researched frist instead of listing to a utuber.

There should be room for zero star, because that's exactly what they deserve. The worst company on earth. Bunch of unorganized bandits doing as they please and wasting people's precious time and effort. This company should be canceled ASAP.

The worst chat company ever. If you don't believe me, try it and lose your payment after a few months.
