Got paid $0.50 per hour to write for them. Not kidding.

I applied to be a writer with textbroker and followed all the steps. I then submitted my sample article for rating. 2 weeks later I haven't heard a word from them. I have interacted with people who wrote their sample article and it got approved within hours. Am thus wondering what could be wrong with my article. Is this the end of the road for me or I need to be more patient? I would really appreciate their comment on this.

I am a freelance writer and worked for Textbroker for 10 year with a 4-star rating. My account with them was locked after it was hacked. They reopened it after I changed my password. It was hacked again this weekend. They then sent an email saying they were closing my account and I could no longer work for them. They wouldnt talk to me on the phone and gave me no answers as to why they would punish me after their platform was hacked. That means I lost $200 in work this week and won't get the pay I already worked for until they "review" my account. The pay scale is too low but it was steady work and I had been there so long I was on several teams and had several direct clients. They charge a minimum of 7 cents a word but paid me only 1.7 cents a word. Don't work for them. Don't use them for content. Contact someone directly. I'm looking for more work now.
