I have mostly enjoyed my time doing work for Textbroker. My primary complaint is that there is little to no support on the weekend. My two main direct order clients (for a total of four order PER DAY) need breaking news and weather information. There have been times when there have been issues and there has been no support to help me assist the client. When the news is breaking, I can't always wait until Monday at 8 am for help.

I've had several orders filled over the past 2 weeks. So far, most have been very good. One writer did not follow instructions and would not fix the issue. Luckily, another writer came in and did a nice job. My advice is to provide very clear instructions in the briefing.

I am fairly new to Textbroker, but I have found the support team to be helpful and timely. I look forward to working for Textbroker due to the hard working individual members in the support team.
