If I could give zero stars. I would. Sent $100 worth of books and no responses or payment for my books. I should have trusted these reviews. Used other book sites and already been paid that were sent same time. This site is a scam. This is terrible. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I have not received payment after waiting over 3 weeks. There are several other 1 star reviews detailing a similar experience as mine. The textbooks will appear 'in transit' for a long time. Then eventually they are deemed 'damaged' or something along those lines. The company will then refuse to send the books back and you are left without your books and without your money. This is a criminal enterprise masquerading as a legitimate business. Save your money, save your books, and avoid these bottom feeders.

They have not paid for my textbooks that were confirmed delivered. These were 00304401 and 00304400. USPS confirmed delivery. I want to be paid for my textbooks. -- UPDATE - they responded a spam message below but even after contacting them on their website did not respond to me and did not pay me for my textbooks.

Notice: We respect our customers and will gladly work with you to resolve any issues you might have. That said, unfortunately, we no longer respond to issues created on TrustPilot. This is not a dismissal of your issue. Why have we chosen to do this? TrustPilot is dependent upon an unethical scheme to trap businesses into paying them money. Generally speaking, mostly upset customers will seek out a platform like TrustPilot. This then leads to overwhelmingly negative reviews for a particular website. TrustPilot then calls the business and requests to be paid for “help” to increase their TrustPilot score. What this means is that most businesses with high TrustPilot scores have probably paid TrustPilot to solicit reviews. We believe that this is unethical on both ends. The initial low score is a misleading trap that forces business to pay to get out of it. The businesses that do pay are then buying positive reviews. We serve tens of thousands of customers per year, and we believe the small number of reviews on TrustPilot are not representative of the experiences of the vast majority of our customers. Unfortunately, we are not willing to pay the troll in order to make our TrustPilot score reflect that. I have a real issue: how can I get it resolved? Our hope is that you will first contact us through our website. We have a customer service team that will do their best to resolve the issue for you. If you are still unsatisfied, and would prefer third-party dispute resolution, we would suggest using the Better Business Bureau. They take a far more fair and ethical approach to dispute mediation when compared to schemes like TrustPilot.

I’d give zero stars if possible. This company is a scam. They claim they sent an email saying they couldn’t accept my book and they didn’t.they claimed to not accept international versions yet the picture of the book was the same book. They are very rude when trying to solve the problem. I filed a claim with the BBB. Edit: They replied to my review here. They did not help me resolve my issue after I filed a claim with the BBB. They claimed they sent and email, I don’t have proof of neither do they. They sis ether couldn’t do anything more for me since they disposed of my book. I don’t know what disposed of means, but they wait 5 days then dispose of your book if you don’t respond.

Had to send several messages, including threats just to receive a reply. Bad customer service, also extremely slow processing. I am still waiting for my payment after over three weeks. Edit: The reply from this business asserts that any positive review published on TrustPilot is “bought”. My reviews are honest, I will write the exact same thing whether it’s through Yelp, here, or elsewhere. You give poor service, you receive bad feedback. You give great service, you receive positive feedback. Simple as that. They finally paid me, but my review is final. Wow, how fast they replied to a bad review, when they couldn’t reply for days to their customer!

If I could do zero stars I would ! All jokes aside I do not recommend sending your books here. Communication is trash! I sent my books off ( I sent them off the same day I printed off the shipping label since you have 7 days to send ) Took a month to get a response that they received it , 2 weeks before the response they said they didn’t receive my package ( I live in South Carolina ;the book had to be shipped to Alabama I also paid for the tracking # so I can see if it arrived ) Once they finally came to their senses they told me they’ll be sending my payment through PayPal ! It’s been a week . Still waiting Thank God I’m not broke but it’s the principle of the situation
