I decided to try this brand based on their advertising and ordered a few items. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The T-shirts are very basic and comparable to what you can buy at M&S for £15–20. The fabric is quite heavy, not breathable, and not suitable for warmer weather. There is nothing particularly special about the quality, and in my experience, the durability is also questionable. Customer service was another issue. Communication was poor, responses were slow or non-existent, and it took a significant amount of time to obtain a refund for items that were sent in the wrong size. Overall, I don’t see any real value here. In my view, this is a heavily advertised product that does not justify its price. You can find similar or better quality items at a fraction of the cost from established retailers like M&S.

I ordered the wrong size shirts. When I asked if I could exchange them, I was told by customer service this wasn't possible and that they could issue a refund instead. However, they are making me pay for the shipping costs to send the items to Singapore even though I am based in Hong Kong - the company is also registered in Hong Kong according to their email. So I have to pay $150 HKD to send the shirts back so I can get my money back, and then reorder the correct size from scratch. When I questioned this in an email I was completely ignored. And what's worse is NONE of this is stated on their website under the terms of service or returns policy. Not a positive customer experience at all.

I ordered clothes, and TextTale cancelled the order, left the tracking status as "order in process" and did not process a refund until after I messaged them several weeks later. If you order from them, please keep a record of the order, check in with them and use a card from a bank you trust that will back you up if you need to dispute the order. It's a shame as the clothes look great, but after my experience, I wonder how many orders they cancel and keep the funds. After talking with support, I was left with the impression that this is their policy. I hope this is helpful and a shame as they have a good website and it would have been nice to order clothes. But please, before you order, consider the risk of your order being cancelled, not remembering to follow up and losing your money.

The snap buttons on their polos come off after a couple of weeks use. I made this complaint before but since it keeps happening with the shirts they sent, I will make the complaint again.
