This is the first time we’ve received this kind of feedback, and we take it seriously. We’ve relayed your comments to our product team, and they will carefully consider them as we continue to improve our designs in the future. Thank you again for helping us do better.

Hi Blake, Thank you for your feedback. We confirm that the two offers you mentioned can be combined. Since no order was placed, we’re unfortunately unable to conduct a thorough investigation. However, we’ve run some tests on our end to help prevent similar issues in the future. If you experience any technical difficulties, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’d be happy to match the offer and plus a small gift as a thank-you for helping us improve our system. We hope to see you make a purchase next time.

Hi Martin, we're so sorry for any inconvenience! The refund usually takes about 5-7 business days to process, depending on your card issuer. If it’s not too much trouble, could you please share your order number with us? We tried our best to find your order but weren’t able to locate it with the details we have. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
