I got my orders promptly. I did not receive an email when it shipped with a tracking number so I was a bit up in the air on that. But it arrived quite promptly. I had to a return and that was taken care of.

I have been trying to return a saddle for about two weeks. An employee followed up with me, but now I have not heard from him. I would like to know how to refund the saddle as I have purchased it with acknowledgment of your refund policy. I sent the requested photos of the saddle to him and I was told that I would be receiving a refund label to get it in the mail. Still waiting… Hopefully this gets read and responded to

It arrived quickly and was pretty decent quality. Most custom chaps or otherwise are in the hundreds to thousands for a good pair so this was a good general alternative. Yes it has a slight smell and what not but that’s cause of the material. Mine were way to big but I was able to easily readjust. You get what you pay for and they’ll do there job
