I have bought TEVA sandals many times at many different stores. But this time I bought them directly from the TEVA company. Unfortunately they don’t care what their customer thinks about their product because they donot have a place to review the purchased sandal. This is the first TEVA sandal that I donot like and that is because the strap is way too short and makes it Next impossible to wear. I had to take them on vacation as soon as I received them and wore them even though they made my ankle swell because the strap was so short it made it very tight around the snkle.they have been worn now so I cannot return them because I would if I could. Very bad quality compared to prior years of their sandals.

I was always a big fan of Teva sandals (not the smell though) untill now. My previous pairs lasted almost 10 years each, but the third pair I can throw away after not even 3 years of very moderate use, the third pair also being the most expensive ones in comparisson with the other two pairs. On the inside of the sandal the top sole and botom sole became disconnected so that a space is created inside the sandal. Now I got a pair of teva sandals literally filled with sand. When I shake the sandals I can hear the sand moving around. It's impossible to get all the sand out without destroying it. What a serious design flaw! When contacting Teva, of course they told me it is out of warranty. (which is 2 years in Europa and not 1 year as they said)

Incompetent returns communication Took them over a week to acknowledge receipt of my return. My very clear requests for an exchange to another size were ignored & a refund was issued without consultation. I wasn't told about the refund & was still waiting for the replacement sandals when I had to contact them again for further information. I used to love their product when I could purchase directly from a high street retailer. This doesn't appear to be possible anymore.. what a great shame!

I bought a pair of Teva water sandals: very comfortable and nice looking. UNFORTUNATELY, made in China, they fell apart after a few weeks. They use cheap glue and the soles do not stay on the shoes. I had to buy "shoe goo" to fix the soles many times. Teva should pay attention to the quality of their products.

The sandals are really good however the staff and the delivery process is ridiculous. Expect weeks and weeks for them to process a return/exchange! I ordered some sandals asked if I could exchange them for a different colour they said yes not a problem, sent them, then when I was chasing it they said oh it takes 21 working days (forgot to mention that did you)?? Wish I knew that since on that week I was going away for two weeks and needed them! I tried to call them, got on the phone with some girl who was more excited about the fact that I was going away than to help me. All of a sudden she also decided to put the phone down on me. Rude and unhelpful to say the least. Then I ordered new ones, the exchange that arrived in the meantime I had to send back for a refund (this was 2nd November) and haven't heard anything from them since. I don't even think I will ever receive that money back oh well I can kiss £30 goodbye!

When there is a problem and you need to return an item to Teva in the UK, be warned - the 10 days they state on their website and the simplicity of the process is not as it is. I've been waiting six weeks for an assessment of a faulty product that I returned to them, have sent numerous emails to find out why the refund has not been processed, received 'very sorry' customer service emails but still nothing. Their products are not cheap and I thought they were a reputable brand, but as with all reputable companies, it's what happens when things go wrong that's a testament of good customer service and Teva have fallen way short. I'd be very nervous about buying anything from them again.
