After 3 pairs of these great sandals its time to call it quits. The soles came loose after 3 yrs. I contacted customer service and they told me to find some glue to re-glue them. They didn't offer me a discount on another pair(which I would have gladly paid). Screw this company. I was with them from the beginning. No more!!!

Similar to the other reviews I bought a pair of Teva sandals hoping to be able to hike in them. I always knew they had a great reputation. But like everything it got taken over, and the quality was severely reduced. Thank god Amazon chose to take them back as the manufacturer wouldn't honor the warranty and customer service was so poor. Basically the sandal straps broke away from the sole. And there was a big crack in the sole. Also the velcro didn't work that well and your foot gets sweaty so when you go to hike you're slipping off the soul and it is super stinky. Do not waste your money. I spent $100 on them. They are garbage and the manufacture doesn't care.

I am so disappointed to say I will never buy another pair of Teva. Received 3 new pair this week of the style I have been wearing for years. These new ones are an entirely different product in both material and size. They are now 1/2 inch shorter. The sole now has material that makes your feet sweat and I can imagine this would become quite stinky in no time. Extremely dissatisfied and truly disheartened as these have been my favorite shoes for years. This will undoubtedly impact TEVA'S former good reputation as customer service advised me they have numerous ongoing complaints and returns.

Teva sandals are junk. I have had two pair and both came unglued. On at the strap and one one the sole. I contacted Teva a got ditched with the requirement that I have a receipt to prove it was under the one year warranty. Don't buy.

Customer service does not answer the phone

Avis très partagé j’ai acheté deux paires de chaussures Teva avant de partir faire de la randonnée en Guadeloupe, une paire de sandale les "Original Universal Premier" hyper confort que je recommande des chaussons et très bien rembourrées au niveau des sangles pour éviter le frottement. J’ai fait mes Rando avec 👍🏼 Une autre paire de chaussures de marche fermées modèle "ARROWOOD LUX MID" d’un inconfort insoutenable la semelle était très bien mais la largeur de la chaussure est sous estimée je n’ai pas un pied large mais cette paire m'a compressé les pieds au point de ne plus les sentir tellement le cuir est rigide et ne se détend pas. Très déçue car je ne pourrai pas les mettre et le produit coûte cher. Il faudrait qu’ils pensent à faire des tailles de largeur de pied en plus de la longueur.

For Teva EU. Customer service is the usual: template responses that are confusing and almost want to make you give up. Requests for proof of purchase where I'd expect the company to know that I've bought something from them. And generally a horrid return policy where you need to pay big bucks for a return shipment and you might get your money back after a month or so (although judging from the reviews this doesn't always happen). Very disappointing experience buying something online from them and having to complain. It seems like most branded footwear is going to hell being produced in China and cheaply shipped to trusting long time customers. Thanks, Teva.

I ordered and paid for 2 pairs of trainers but received only 1 pair. I phoned customer service immediately and they demanded pictures of the boxes and packaging which I sent - it was obvious only one pair of shoes would fit the box. A day later I was emailed to say they couldn’t see the pictures so I sent them again. Nothing happened so I called customer service twice before getting through. The gentleman was polite, confirmed they had the pictures and only one pair fitted inside the box. However he was unable to issue a refund until he had raised an investigation with the warehouse which could tske 3 days!! This is completely unacceptable as internal investigation is nothing to do with the customer and I still don’t have a refund. Never again....
