one of the straps came up. I have now repaired it with by putting it back in place and fixing it with 2 wood screws. Until now it works. I just don't dare to buy Tewa again.

I HAVE WORN TEVAS FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS. BUT LATELY THESE TEVAS I PURCHASED ARE OF VERY POOR QUALITY. THE DON'T EVEN LAST A YEAR! MAYBE A SEASON OR TWO. TEVA PLEASE LET YOUR PATRONS KNOW THAT YOU HAVE CHANGED THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIALS THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY USED FOR TEVAS. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY TEVA SANDALS ; /

I have purchased Teva's for years when I lived in Canada...Wish I had read the reviews before buying my latest pair...Nothing like they used to be...hard & uncomfortable!!!!

My former pair of TEVA sandals lasted me 15 years! My new ones lasted a little over a year and a half before the soles peeled off and the edges began separating. So disappointed. I guess $70 sandals from TEVA are no longer worth it. Switching to Keens.

I ordered sandals online on May 5 23. I decided I didn't want them and followed the online instructions for returning them. I put package in my post box at the end of May to be picked up by the laughingly named Post Haste. It's still there! I've followed this up several times by email. Nominally it's the courier's fault, but the buck stops with Teva. They should have apologised directly to me and arranged pickup with a more conscientious courier. And it's Teva who are hanging on to my $120.

De sandalen van Teva zijn fantastisch, maar de service is ronduit slecht. Inmiddels 3,5 week geleden sandalen besteld. Van UPS ontving ik een bericht dat de zending beschadigd was geraakt en retour werd gestuurd. Daarna heb ik van UPS en Teva niets meer vernomen. Inmiddels heb ik 2 keer contact gezocht met de klantenservice van Teva. De eerste keer kreeg ik na een paar dagen een reactie die niet erg duidelijk was. Het is nog steeds niet duidelijk of er nou nieuwe sandalen worden verstuurd.

Disappointed by the quality and customer service. Ordered a pair of sandals which broke after 2 short wears. Definitely not the quality expected at that price ! Also , no reply from customer service within a week to clarify a refund or replacement.

Wow. Sad to read all these poor reviews, but same experience. I got my first pair of TEVAs in 2008 and they lasted me until 2018. They were my favorite shoes and I wore them everyday. Finally bought a new pair last xmas for myself and it's now July and the bottom layer with the grips has already begun to peel off. Disappointed in the shoe. They make you pay for shipping to send them back. Then they will look at them and determine if they will give you a new pair. So disappointed in this company. I will no longer be recommending them to everyone and I will no longer be a customer. Sad day.
