Ordered a pair of sandals, got a discount but still paid £76 got a text / email from their courier DPD a photo sent to my app whilst a work showing they had left my package outside my front door on the pavement which is at the side of the road, i was horrified, i was at work and was 2 hours from finishing, when i got home no package, contacted teva several times sent photographs to show the package was not left in a safe place, but would not fight my corner accepting every descision from DPD, no customer service skills leaving me out of pocket

Over the years, my wife has bought no fewer than 6 pairs of teva sandals… ALL of them have come apart… the upper separates from lower … I have tried everything… glue, sewing,etc. Vulcanization technology has been around for ever. you folks cannot make a more reliable product? I told my wife to quit buying these substandard sandals… she’s learning… if they were really cheap. It would be different… but these sandals are expensive! Make a more reliable product or just quit altogether…so disappointed

C’est honteux de diffuser une série Desesperate housewifes. Mais de repasser sans arrêt les mêmes épisodes. Tte la semaine Notamment le mardi Pour en soirée revenir au ancienne saison. Franchement c’est minable Quand au colombo C’est idem. Épisode sur épisode Vous prenez vraiment les gens pour des idiots Nous n’avons pas d'Alzheimer Nullissime Merci pour payer une redevance pour regarder tj et encore même épisode Nadège

I ordered a pair of sandals from Teva online. The sandals were too large so I sent them back following all the procedures as outlined on their website. Three weeks later, they say they have not received the package even though I have provided a post office receipt and tracking number. Terrible customer service so far.

Zelfs is 1 ster teveel. Slecht bedrijf, wel betaald niets ontvangen. Gereageerd op teva.nl en kwam op teva.com dacht dat het gelijkwaardig bedrijf was maar helaas… Na diverse mailtjes waarop geen reactie, bellen blijkt niet te kunnen. Gelukkig betaald met creditcard dus ga mijn geld terug eisen! En dan geeft de bank aan dat we met criminelen te maken hebben. Creditcard word vernieuwd.

I ordered hiking boots. They were not delivered after 3 weeks. E-mailed daily but no acknowledgement. Attempting to obtain refund through card provider. Total disdain for the customer!

I purchased 6 or more pairs of sandals over the years, when I made the latest purchase in a sale they let me place the order then cancelled as no stock. Teva’s idea of good service is to inform you they have cancelled your order, its not good enough, if they advertise a product at a price Teva should honour that, they simply don't. I gave then multiple opportunities to correct this, they weren’t interested. I will now seek an alternative supplier.
