I bought a Tesway X7 AWD in mid-September 2026, and it has so far exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with its range, which has taken me over 250 km on one battery charge while using a medium pedal assist setting. The bike is sturdy and responsive, and is excellent for my 45 km round trip commute 4 days per week. And my 6-year-old loves sitting on the back seat. The Tesway support staff have been very responsive with my inquiries. The only improvement to service that I can think of is that the manual for the bike settings controlled through display was not provided in the packaging when shipped, nor sent automatically by email. This would have been useful and saved me some troubleshooting time when I first got the bike. Tesway has represented themselves very well so far.

I give Tesway 4 stars because they have an excellent customer services team ... BUT it took more than 30 days to 'encourage' them to collect the X5 AWD bike I had just purchased and refund my money, All potential purchasers who intend using this bike on U.K. public roads should be aware that it does not conform to Government EAPC regulations because of it's ability to increase it's speed above 15.5 mph. I have read in news media that The UK Police have seized more than 7000 E-Bikes being used on Public Roads in the past year. Of course I have no way of knowing how many (if any) were this model of Tesway Bike !

I think it could connect better with the saddle bag sent. But I really do appreciate the control, speed, and range of the ebike.

The bike performed exactly as advertised however I have a few suggestions they need to offer more accessory such as turn signals Etc etc and instructions on how to unlock special features for example max speed etc etc

I really enjoyed the economics of the bike. I like the seat height and the handle bar height. I also like I can have a passenger for my young son! I dislike the slow acceleration and for it being 52volts it should have more torque! It struggles on climbing hill with my 50 pound kid on back! I think you should offer a different controller that allows more amps the 22amps .
