bought an X7 awd and had two slight issues so contacted Tesway and spoke to customer service who were absolutely brilliant , issues were resolved in a professional and curteous manner , excellent well built product and arrived on time very well packaged , relly good people to do business with

Before purchasing an E bike I did a ton of homework and watched a ton of videos and probably read every single review that was available. I ended up purchasing my Tesway X7 all-wheel-drive bike from a third-party dealer and got to test drive it before I purchased, and instantly knew that this was the bike for me. It checked every single box I was looking for and it was definitely money Well spent. With the 52V battery and 60 amp hour unit along with 3600w peak power I knew I wouldn’t have an issue with either distance or pulling power and the speed was perfect at 38mph! Such an easy bike to operate and adjust to however I want to ride. It’s been about a month or so of owning the bike and I have around 200 miles so far of nonstop fun I try and get out and ride as much as possible and have loved every minute of it! I’ve driven the bike on almost every terrain that you could think of and nothing has stopped me or the bike. It’s such an incredible feeling knowing that I get to explore almost anywhere I wanna go now. Just recently I had a issue with one of my control wires, rubbing against the tire and cutting out half the power on my bike, which was my fault for not realizing that I needed to tie down the zip ties a little tighter and get everything out of the way so I contacted customer service and they went over and beyond responding super quickly it was such a pleasure speaking with them and helping me out getting my bike up and running again, sending me out the proper part that was needed fast under the warranty they provided. This is definitely a company that I recommend to all my friends and anyone who asks not only is the product amazing but the customer service is also just as Incredible! They definitely stand behind their products and that’s a good feeling to have as a customer. I’m so happy I made the decision to be a part of the Tesway family cause really that’s exactly what it is. They treat you like family and a friend and someone you can count on to call if there’s ever any questions concerns or comments they’ll get back to you super quick and that’s super rare to find. If you’re trying to make the decision on whether or not you should purchase a Tesway bike definitely do it I’m soo glad I did which is why I wanted to write this Review to possibly help out someone else deciding on there bike purchase. Thank you a ton Tesway you have a Customer for life!!!

Located within UK, UK legal, no throttle installed: I have had the X5 now for a couple of months and I can not praise this enough, as a food delivery rider, having a electric bike that can cover distance, is my main reason for buying the X5. I have done, so far to this date, 1100+ miles and counting, each battery bar lasts for around 32 / 38 miles per bar, I have done 120 miles in one shift of working and still had two bars left, so you can easily get 160 / 180 miles from the X5. After 1100+ miles, I have not needed to change the tyres yet and so far, also not had any punctures yet, the breaks are perfect, I bought spare break pads, but not needed to change them yet My bike is UK legal and doesn't have the throttle installed, but you really don't need the throttle if you want to keep it within the law in the UK, as the pedal assist kicks in when you move the pedal crank about 30 degree and the motor kicks in, I do have twin motor and climbs up hills without losing speed, but will struggle if you go on 35% incline hilly roads, that's where my bike struggles when taking the back roads, so I keep to the main roads now Overall, I am really pleased with my bike, it helps me stay out delivering for 12 hours a day and I can now take those longer deliveries

Great bike that has exceeded expectation on steep hills. So far company has communicated well.

I recommend this bike is amazing bike i enjoy maxim. Good quality good product 👌 special for me . I don't know how to describe in words how good it is. I just need to find where I can do full service in a future. I want to look after this bike

Bought tezway x9 it's a great bike it did break down at one point which now has been resolved the customer service got in touch through the WhatsApp system I will suggest finding a WhatsApp number to get in touch with their customer service they are way more responsive and they actually do getting touch properly they will need evidence of the faults if you have ever any but they do honor their warranty I did leave a bad review at first as I could not get through they standard channels but once I got in touch with the WhatsApp channels it all changed they responded straightaway they kept replying to my texts and the customer team was quite friendly and very understanding as there in a very far country like Hong Kong the hourly difference means when it's night here it's day there etc so when you think your text and I'm and work Hours they are actually fast asleep and also the customer service were very helpful and I found out the hard way that he was actually answering my calls at 11 o'clock at night at that end and he was already home and ready to go to his bed when I found and I had a grumpy attitude but when I discovered it was such a big time difference in where he was I was on the impression they were in the UK I was very wrong anyway so I did have a fault but it got fixed I'm now a very happy customer so I'm changing my review with acknowledgement that things can happen and please don't leave a bad review if your angry which I did because it's not nice

Excelente bicicleta eléctrica muy bien hecha carga muy bien los objetos pesados, es muy rápida 38 m/h me encanta esta velocidad. En las subidas no se detiene, tiene buen faro y buenos cauchos kenda muy bueno. Soy delivery y recomiendo mucho esta bicicleta x7 awd no tiene fallo alguno y por último soporte al usuario es excelente servicio y comprensivo. Lo recomiendo fielmente.

I purchased the tesway X9 ebike, I have never experienced anything like it. The torque is superb for climbing capabilities, the build quality is amazing, and the price is superb. Would recommend a tesway ebike to everyone who needs that little extra capability. I am ordering another tesway X9 soon
