I spoke with the rep. on the phone, and she quoted me prices on what i was going to send. well i actually sent an extra product worth another $20. I was not credited with this item. So i feel i lost about $60. total, because figuring everything i sent i wasn't credited for my strips either.

Great company to work with. Generally a speedy response from their end. Like everything else they are running with a skeleton crew to try to keep their workers and customers as safe as possible. I can deal with a few extra days if it means more safety precautions are taken when handling my packages. Thanks for the hardwork.
