Hi James, We use a professional check-fulfillment company to ensure that checks are mailed securely and quickly. Our terms are very clear, in that once a check is mailed, it's up to the USPS to deliver it in a timely manner. As far as I can tell, we've fulfilled our responsibilities as agreed, and you're blaming us for the post office's lag. If there's something else I can help you with please let me know. Hello, If your payment was lower than expected, it may have been due to the condition of the boxes or expiration dates. Our terms are very clear on this, and we take photos of all boxes as they arrive. I would be happy to look into this further, but would need additional information. Hello, We open all boxes with the utmost care and would never intentionally damage a box. However, if you can provide me a name and/or order number, I can review the order and may be able to compensate you. We take pictures of all orders as soon as they arrive and I would be happy to review yours. I'm sure we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction! Thanks, Chris

Hi Lee, That's not quite accurate, as we send out all payments within 24 hours of receiving your package. Once the check is handed off to the USPS, we have to rely on them to deliver it in a timely manner. This doesn't always happen, and there's not much we can do once the check is mailed. We're very clear about this in our terms and conditions, and even offer a Priority Mail option if you're willing to pay for faster delivery. We do our best, but we're not the U.S. Post Office. Hi Chad, I reviewed your order, including the photographs that were taken, and half of the boxes you sent have already expired. Others were opened or damaged. Our website is very clear on what we can and cannot accept. I'm happy to send you the photos upon request, but please keep in mind that the products we purchase will be used by someone else. It would negligent for us to accept expired and opened product, something that is very clearly outlined in our terms. Thanks, Chris
